Aug 20,2019Ordered the wrong size and returned these outside the 14 days for an exchange, being conscious my size may sell online I called and was told the size was put to one side and make sure I send recorded special delivery. Paid extra postage to return my goods and then get told they sold them and they can send another size which was again not the right size. Try calling and can't ever get through to anyone! Can’t fulfill orders and staff are liars! Shockingly bad customer service and still waiting on confirmation of my refund.

Aug 03,2019I was first a bit sceptical on whether the website was legit or not but after receiving my goods, the product was indeed real, I had it verified and checked with Certilogo and it came out authentic. The packaging wasn’t expected but overall it was a bargain for the sweatshirt I received and my worries were no more.

Jul 31,2019They sent me faulty goods and refused to do anything about it. ***ONLY USE PAYPAL TO PAY FOR ITEMS to ensure you are protected!*** Don't buy anything online for delivery or fall for the special online discount - This promotion means they can send out faulty items without you seeing them - If buying from here make sure you see it and inspect it first! I bought a Moncler jacket that retailed at £880 ish. As it was the last 1 it was in the sale at £530. I tried to purchase it few times from the Via Roma site via PAYPAL. After the 1st successful transaction I was told my address wasn't registered, so VIA ROMA cancelled the transaction and my money was refunded. I spoke to PayPal who confirmed all was ok and I bought it again via Paypal. Within 5 minutes my money was refunded again (By VIA ROMA) I then received an email from Via Roma apologising to say there were issues on their site, and was told the I had to pay on credit card, which I did. The jacket arrived within 2 days, to my work. I finished work and opened the jacket, tried it on, and pulled the zip up, the zip was broke and the "pull up" came off in my hand (it had bits missing also). I immediately took photos and sent them to Via Roma. I was told I could return the jacket, which I said I would. When I emailed back stating this is what I would be doing, the response changed to "drop it off for testing and inspection", When dropping it off I was told it would be sent to Moncler (in France or Italy they said?), however the next day I was informed it had been inspected by someone in the shop and it looked like it could have been worn therefore absolutely nothing would be done. I suggested that if they were positive it left in A1 condition, and it was not in great condition when I received it, maybe it had been danged in transit - They said this was could not have happened !? A few other succinct points; 1 - When dropping it off, they agreed there were ZERO signs of wear, I made a point of asking. 2 - Surely while on display in the store it would have been tried on previously? How can they be so adamant I had worn it? 3 - It has the HUGE Moncler authenticity tags on the front which are IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE OFF and put back on - These were all STILL attached!!. It was tried on but you couldn't wear it out with all the tags on - It had clearly NOT been worn !? 4 - I notified them of the faults within MINUTES of opening the parcel, which was a few HOURS after delivery (They can check what time it arrived and I immediately sent pictures of the faults) 5 -EVEN if it had been worn (which I can categorically confirm it had not!) it could have only been for HOURS - surely a jacket that retails £800+ should not fall to pieces after hours of wearing. However when I pointed out the above, they said they had "smelled it and it smelt like it had been worn" - Seriously I wanted the jacket and it as it was a great deal, and was happy to have it fixed so told them the zip needed fixing, they said they would send it to Moncler in France(?) the day after however I was informed this would not happen, they were going to do nothing and it needed to be collected by me. It was collected and the assistant who handed it over said to them (seriously) "its still a nice jacket and a good deal, stop complaining and just glue it" I understand things can go wrong and wasn't placing any blame at first, but how a company handles itself when things DO go wrong really demonstrates what type of company they are. At first I believed them that they thought they had sent it in perfect condition (and even suggested that maybe it had been damaged in transit a totally feasible explanation) but how they repeatedly cancelled the Paypal, offered to return it, then changed their mind, then said they would send it away, then changed their mind, then decided it had been worn, then me pointing out all the UNremovable tags still were still attached, they then told me it "smelled like it had been worn, THEN saying "just glue it" proves what an unprofessional outfit they are. I'll never be purchasing from here again and strongly advise others not to also If you do absolutely have to have something from here; Only Pay via Paypal (full buyer protection for issues like this - Its now clear why they refunded my Paypal multiple times and said it could only be purchased via card) DO NOT buy online - Visit and make sure you see it first. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a polo top for £100 through the site, tried it on and it was too small so sent it back asking for an exchange for a bigger size only for it to be refused with them saying that it looks like the top had been worn even thought the tags was still all on and the top was too small for me so obviously it couldn't have been worn, £100 down and a top that doesn't fit, thanks alot.
