Feb 26,2024The Vienna pass was incredibly convenient, and widely accepted in pretty much every tourist attraction in Vienna. The fact that so much was included within the vienna pass meant that I felt free to quickly pop into places even when I only had an hour or less available, which I never would have done had I paid for everything individually. It definitely saved me money: I bought a 6 day pass, used the metro constantly and went into pretty much every tourist attraction. Just beware: you cannot use the Vienna pass in the same place twice.

Feb 20,2024e have been waiting for the blue line bus at point 6 for more than 1.30 hours, and there is no way it will arrive today February 10 I want compensation for the loss of time at this bus stop. On the website it says that it happens every 20 or 30 minutes

Feb 19,2024We liked the card, visited a lot of musea and sights for 6 days, that we otherwise might have skipped because of the entrance fees. For us the card was cheaper than buying seperate tickets, but we had our agenda completely packed. If you visit 1 or maybe 2 attractions a day, buying tickets seems a better option. We liked that you could just walk in everywhere and we saw some suprising sights because of the cards. Also the fast lane entries were quite nice, even more when you go in summer I guess. Point of recommondation for Vienna Pas would be to switch the Hop on buses for a normal public traffic card. The bus sometimes only went once an hour and they stop in the late afternoon. Completely useless for us. Also a pity that Stephansdom and Karlskirche were not included.

Feb 16,2024El horario de los autobuses turísticos es muy corto a las 16:00 ya no puedes coger autobuses. Y la tarjeta Vienna Pass en muchos lugares tienes que hacer la misma cola que para comprar ticket. Además los museos y palacios cierran muy pronto en fin no la recomiendo

Feb 15,2024En líneas generales muy buen producto ya que si visitas todos los monumentos, palacios, museos y usas el autobús turístico para desplazarte merece la pena el precio. Además hay varias visitas que con Vienna Pass no esperas cola para comprar los tickets. Por ponerle algún pero decir que en la guía puede faltar información o ser errónea cuando es temporada baja, desde 8 enero a 29 febrero. Por ejemplo los horarios de los autobuses que me dieron no estaba actualizado y hasta que no ves los horarios en las paradas no te das cuenta que en esta temporada la frecuencia en vez de ser de 30 minutus sube a 60 minutos. Tampoco está indicado que la escuela ecuestre española solo se puede visitar de 10 a 11 AM y no todos los días de la semana así que la planificación se rompe. Había algunos monumentos y museos cerrados en esta temporada que no lo sabes hasta que recoges la guía y te dan un folio con los cambios y cierres. Pero merece la pena su compra, muy recomendable ya que además te informa de otras visitas y actividades que sin la guía no las conocerías.

Feb 09,2024Einige der mit im Pass beinhalteten Attraktionen hatten noch Winterpause, der Zoo war wegen Umbauarbeiten zum Teil geschlossen und der Reiseführer zum herunterladen ist viel zu umständlich

Feb 08,2024Hallo, Ich habe mit meiner Familie den Vienna Pass gekauft, weil ich dachte, dass er 48 Stunden lang genutzt werden kann. Aber Ihre Bewerbung erfolgt täglich. Da wir am ersten Tag um 17:30 Uhr eincheckten, war unser Tag fast verschwendet. Am letzten Tag konnten wir nirgendwo einreisen. Obwohl wir unsere Beschwerde am Telefon darlegten, wurde uns am Telefon nicht geholfen. Als Tourist ist es mir vielleicht nicht möglich, so etwas zu wissen. Ich hoffe, Sie können mir helfen.
