Jan 02,2024Plutôt pas mal quand on prévoit beaucoup de visites. Vu le tarif des entrées, cela se rentabilise. Toutefois, dommage de ne pas pouvoir réserver de billets pour Schönbrunn : je suis venu le matin peu avant 8 h 30 et on m'a dit qu'il n'y avait plus de billets disponibles avant le lendemain ! Cela favorise les touristes qui payent le plein tarif ou les groupes qui réservent à l'avance.

Jan 02,2024Compré el Vienna Flexi Pass con 5 visitas y fue un desastre. Muchas de las visitas que me interesaban no estaban incluídas, otras no pude hacerlas debido a que se tenía que reservar con antelación, así que si estás en Viena dos o tres días no sirve para mucho... perdí dinero. Si vuelvo a visitar Viena no lo volveré a comprar.

Dec 26,2023Je suis déçue du vienna pass ! J au acheté avec mon amie 4 activités nous avons fait Albertina, belvédère partie gratuite et payant qui a ete validées 2 activités !!! C est honteux ! Mon amie a validé comme moi le pas au même endroit et j ai eu la surprise de ne pas utiliser ma dernière activité au château !!! J ai du payer mon entrée à 29€ au château avec perte de temps pour comprendre pourquoi aucune aide du staff ! La seule réponse vous avec déjà validé les 4 activités ! Hors j ai validé 3 activités ! C est honteux ! Je vous rappelle que mon amie a le même pass que moi nous avons fait les mêmes activités ! Ce jour, à Vienne pour une visite à 16h perte de temps !!!! N achetez pas le pass Viennapass ! Aucun service apres vente pas aide pour comprendre ma situation je vous assure que j ai validé 3 entrées pour un achat 4 activités ! J ai du acheter ma place pour l'activité 4 qui pourtant ete comprise dans mon Viennapass ! Si je fais Total aucune plus value !

Dec 14,2023Do not buy, i wish i had listened to other reviews! After a day of NO Buses coming in time, going in person to the Vienna pass office for them to have no idea how the buses worked. And only getting to go to 1 attraction we reached out to management with hopes of correcting the problems we went through. We explained that we paid over 230Euro for 1 day and even missed other events we had booked due to no buses coming their solution was to reimburse us 10%. After explaining how we didn’t get any value benefits from the pass(and actually losing more money from missing other events) their customers service decision was to threaten to not even give us the 10% back. I would suggest just buying tickets for any attractions you want and taking the “Big Bus” hop on hop off instead because they are always on time and even have an app where you can see where the bus currently is.

Dec 11,2023We had the Vienna pass and I thought the tour package was just okay. Where the package fell short was the hop on hop off bus tour - we were disappointed with the time tables of the buses. They came too infrequently and they were inconsistent. They did not match the time tables and often left early, which was unpredictable. We also felt the bus tour was mediocre compared to many other tours we have been on. There was a lot of “dead space” which could have been filled with much more information about Austria and Vienna. The guides near the Vienna opera house bus stop were not very helpful or very friendly. Lastly, we went to use the pass on an advertised activity- and we came to find that the 3D movie ride flight in Prater was closed forever. This was definitely disappointing as we were planning on doing this activity. This Vienna Pass was useful- we utilized the opera house tour, Prater Ferris wheel, and entrance to the Palaces. It is great if you love museums and want to enter many museums. We purchased separately the city transport pass from OBB and we used that in combination to hit all of the points that we wanted or else we wouldn’t have enough time if we were using the hop on hop off buses since they were infrequent.

Dec 10,2023Muy buena experiencia, fuimos a muchos sitios que si hubiésemos ido sin el viena pas habríamos pagado el doble. Tenia miedo por los comentarios negativos de los últimos días, pero no tuvimos problemas. Sí que és verdad que te debes informar muy bien ya que muchos sitios cierran a las 16:30 o bien te dicen que vayas a primera hora para tener ticket por la tarde, pero si organizas el viaje en función de esto no habrá ningún problema. No en todos los sitios entras sin hacer cola, pero en la información ya lo dice.

Dec 07,2023Total value for money especially if you are visiting at least 5-6 of the key museums / architectures of historical value. The Hop on / Hop off is also good especially the blue line to see the Danube Tower (free entry to the tower as well). The only useless thing was the River Cruise as only Route C is eligible for the pass and route C has nothing to see except wall graffiti. Rest totally worth the money.

Dec 05,2023Not only did the Vienna PASS help us save a lot of money in our three-day trip, it also gave us the opportunity to save time by skipping lines in some of the attractions. The Hop On Hop Off was also a life saver, we went around while receiving a tour of the places we were going through and did not spend extra money on the tram or the subway because of it. I also loved the customer services. I had to contact the customer services to clarify some doubts and I got responses very quickly and everyone was very nice. I recommend it, for sure!

Dec 05,2023Este fin de semana cogimos la Vienna Pass para 2 días, no se lo recomiendo a nadie. El primer día fuimos al Palacio de Hofburg y cuando nos quisimos dar cuenta ya no pudimos ver nada más porque a las 16:30 hay muchas cosas cerradas. El domingo fue el remate, fuimos a la mañana al Palacio de Schönbrunn, y cuál fue nuestra sorpresa que cuando llegamos primero tuvimos que esperar la cola de los Ticket´s cuando se supone que con la Vienna Pass no tienes que esperar, y cuando nos toca nuestro turno resulta que no hay ticket´s para el resto del día, la cara que se nos quedó mejor no comentar.... perdimos todo el día, nos daban Ticket´s para el lunes que era el mismo día en el que viajamos. La verdad, es que creemos que no se amortiza, pagas un dineral y con los horarios que tienen no te da tiempo a ver casi nada, y luego tienes que esperara colas y aún así no puedes entrar porque el aforo está completo, o porque hay algún evento... No recomendamos para nada el Vienna Pass.
