Aug 01,2024Viomicia - update (9/8/24). After waiting awhile, the company got in contact with me via WhatsApp. A lovely man called John helped me & he got a replacement sorted. He said I could send back the wrong item once I’d received the correct item. He got the correct item sent taking 2-3 working days. All received & son is extremely happy now. I wish this company well & am now awaiting the returns label in order to send back the incorrect item. After initially feeling ignored & finding it hard to contact this company, they have turned things around & sorted it out quickly once contact made. Thank you for understanding & rectifying this issue & putting a smile on my son’s face. Rubbish company. Sent completely the wrong item. My son paid for out of his own birthday money £9.99 for a set of magnet fidget balls. We waited patiently for 4 working days (5 days in total) and they delivered a 3Dpen-2 product. WTH?! Completely different to magnet balls. Now I’m in the process of TRYING to contact them but no one seems to be answering calls, messages or emails and now my son is £10 out of pocket thanks to this company. Will not be buying from them again.
