Jul 20,2021I’m happy with the shoes and have bought several pairs. However their customer service is very poor. I had to return two pairs of very expensive shoes and kept the pair that fitted. Despite Hermes stating that the shoes have been returned to Vionic, I’m yet to receive a refund or even an acknowledgement from the Company. Phone calls take me to voicemail every single time and no response to my emails. Unfortunately, it’s making me think twice about buying from them again.

Jul 19,2021Easy ordering, received size 9 womens trainers quite quickly, Trainers came out of the box unworn but looked saggy and second hand. Looked cheap and poorly made given the £110 original price. Insole felt comforatable and supportive. Very dissappointed that Vionic have not published my unfavourable review on their own website.

Jul 15,2021Ordered 3 sets of shoes, 2 fitted perfectly and I love them and one was slightly too loose. I personally don’t have acccess to a printer or had a local shop so emailed customer service to ask for an address to post the return to at my cost rather then the free Hermes. The customer service was really responsive and offered to post me out the printed label so I could still take advantage of the free return. Really lovely customer care.

Jul 14,2021These are great shoes. I have a problem with my feet and these were recommended. Never felt so safe when walking. My husband is also a convert. Great customer service and communication when I had an issue and resolved quickly. Definitely our go to shoes now.

Jun 23,2021Love how the foot bed of the shoes feel. The fit can be a bit hit and miss. The reason for the low score is that Vionics UK never answer any emails. Nor do one of their main stockists, Simply Feet. Update: Vionic have responded and have said they will be messaging me direct, which I thank them for.

Jun 22,2021The best customer service i have ever received. I bought a pair of trainer's and after 8 weeks they started to present a bit of a problem. I emailed Vionic customer service and within 24 hours they got back to me and asked me for further details of my problem, i emailed them a photo or two and within 24 hours another pair were sent out to me with no quibbles. A great company to do business with and they will now be my first port of call for new footwear. It realy does make a change from having to post good news about a company you should read some of my other reviews about company's to avoid. Thank you Vionic.

Jun 21,2021I’ve rated this company based on my one recent experience with them. Have never bought from Vionic before, but plantar fasciitis (brought on by too much walking around barefoot in lockdown), led me to their site. I then had to contact them regarding a pair of sandals I’d not been refunded for. It was partly my fault as I’d put them in the same bag as another pair, but the label I used related to just the one pair. I automatically got refunded for the sandals the label related to. I thought “Oh no, here we go this will take weeks or possibly months to sort.” But they acknowledged my email straight away and told me to get in touch in a week if I’d not received a refund. I got in touch, provided the Hermes tracking number, and received an immediate refund. Great service and will definitely look again. A shame the sandals didn’t suit, but that’s just me!

Jun 15,2021Bought Vionic Rio in the sale. My feet are extra wide so I didn't hold out much hope. I have Plantar fasciitis which had been extremely painful. The sandals felt uncomfortable at first but after 5 days my pain has gone and I can wear them all day. I am truly delighted

Jun 15,2021I've been trying to get in touch with Vionic for several days to ask questions about a shoe. Their phone number is never answered - you get a generic "mailbox full" message - and an email sent to them received a reply saying "We'll call you as soon as possible". I've now purchased from elsewhere - there's no way I would purchase expensive shoes from somewhere I couldn't contact.

Jun 10,2021I have now written two reviews regarding the candace sandal of which neither has appeared. Again I purchased these sandals as you claimed that they were good for PF. I have tried to wear them twice but it appears that there is no anti shock support in the heel and the ankle strap is not long enough to fit around swollen ankles. A lot of money down the drain.

Jun 06,2021Great pair of slip on shoes purchased from Vionic. They are very comfortable and help lessen the impact of my plantar fascitis condition. Thoroughly recommend. A delay in delivery by the delivery company was quickly and efficiently sorted by the the supplying company as well. I'll be back for more shoes!

Jun 06,2021Terribly painful sandals which ripped the skin off the top of both feet, even after following all the advice about wearing for short periods to wear in. The soles are great but they use cheap materials and they are not a cheap buy! I feel angry and ripped off!

Jul 22,2021The first two pairs are excellent. The trainers have been much too firm and ridged and extremely uncomfortable to ware after trying to ware them in so I have had to stop warring altogether with my individual foot problems. Therefore they weren’t ‘as new’ so I have had to donate them to charity and hope they will suite someone.
