Jan 24,2020Customer service - great ! Vionic Chase Boots - even greater, So comfortable I now sleep with them on and my wife sleeps in the other room ..... joking!! (mostly) They are the most comfortable boot from the off - I treated them with a nubuck waterproofing agent which changed the colour slightly but nevertheless they have become my current no. 1 shoe.

Jan 21,2020I am a true convert to Vionic Shoes: they completely cured my Plantar Fasciitis which had been troubling me for many months early in 2019. I feel very safe and secure in them and won’t wear any other shoe. I bought another pair of their shoes in November which unfortunately became a loose fit & after the 30 day return period: therefore I wrote to them asking what they would suggest. Their customer service team has been amazing 😉 and are sending me a replacement pair now, quite a while after the return time has ended. I can not recommend this firm highly enough. Thank you so much!

Very comfy boots received, but there was a problem with the insole on the inside of one of the boots which although I couldn't obviously feel it, it was disappointing for me as they weren't cheap. I didn't really want to send them back, so I contacted customer service and after a couple of emails, I got a discount on the price that I was happy with and it saved Vionic both the return costs and receiving a slightly faulty pair of boots back in their warehouse, that they may struggle to sell.

Dec 31,2019Fantastic shoes and great service from the Vionic team! I ordered the shoes (the Sullivan shoe) and they arrived the following day so very fast despatch. And the quality is evident - nice design, full leather and extremely comfortable. The difference is clear between these shoes with orthotics and an ordinary shoe as they help to correct poor walking and balance. I will be ordering another pair of shoes and orthotics from Vionic soon!

I recently purchased a pair of stylish Vionic boots with a 3" heel. I never thought I would be able to wear such a high heel again. Customer service is also excellent.

Nov 28,2019Having been diagnosed with collapsed arches and suffering excruciating pain with tendonitis in my ankle, my physio recommended Vasyli orthotics for my shoes. This has much improved my condition but I was unhappy about wearing shoes/trainers with orthotics all the time, especially indoors. So I did some research and came across the Vionic shoes website. I placed an order for some slippers, a pair of summer flip flops and a pair of boots as the orthotics do make my existing footwear a little tight. Unfortunately the boots were too big so I had to reorder a smaller size. It seems I only need a larger size when my arches are unsupported! Both orders arrived very promptly. The slippers are very supportive and although extremely expensive, I can't bear to walk around indoors without them on now. The boots are also very comfortable, but I was confused by the many different footbeds referred to in the description of each shoe on the website and concerned whether they all offered the same level of support. So I decided to give them a call and spoke to Martin who was most helpful and explained that all footbeds offer the same level of support but are made of different materials, hence the different names for them. Feeling reassured, I have now placed another order for some more footwear in the Black Friday sale! I hope Vionic have improved their refund process as some of the older reviews were quite scathing and I have some items to return now. But so far, I can't fault the products or the customer service.

Nov 07,2019I purchased three pairs of boots before reading the Trustpilot reviews, after which my heart sank and I expected the WORST. But the boots arrived the very next day, and when I had to return two pairs (they gave me backache), the process was seamless. I emailed Vionic a day or two after taking to my local Hermes drop-off and they confirmed receipt; I received an email the next day that I was being reimbursed. I haven't been yet (it takes up to 15 days) but the prompt email replies and speedy phone conversation with no wait time bode well. The shoes themselves are beautiful but if you have multiple foot/posture issues be careful, as they can address one (i.e. plantar fasciitis) while worsening others (lower back pain).

Nov 05,2019Excellent service. I already have 3 pairs of Vionic shoes. I ordered 2 more, different styles, because they are so comfortable. Unfortunately one of the pairs I ordered was not so comfortable for me. I repacked it, printed the return label and it will be collected from the house in a couple of days. Cannot expect any better service than that.
