Mar 28,2023Rented a vehicle for my wife in Florida through VIP who sent the reservation to Zedco Car rental in Orlando Florida. Zedco would not rent my wife the car because I reserved it not her???? We canceled the reservation but my credit card was charged more than $500.00 for a rental we did not get! ! ! VIP car rental said this is not their problem Called Zedco, they told me to call VIP! still have not got my money back! Do not use VIP Rental cars they are dishonest scamming people!

Mar 20,2023The absolute worst car rental experience ever. Took 3 hours from landing to get shuttle and receive car. Didn't have enough staff, car unclean, rate was much higher than was contracted for. A rip off and you should stay away. Staff unprofessional, not motivated, disorganized.
