I ordered some items 14 days ago. Website stated 1-2 business days to process. As of today my order is still waiting for fulfillment. Customer service phone recording says to use the customer support website. It doesn’t work. I’ve tried different servers. You can’t get ahold of these people. Of course, I’ve been charged for the products already. Am contesting with my cc company. DO NOT purchase from this company.

Love love love Vitabath products. Great long lasting scents! The body gelee is amazing and a little goes a LONG way! But the shipping price is way high ($9.95 anything under $$65). So I get products off Amazon prime when I can. The company should make Lavender/chamomile a lotion and not just a body cream. The lavender body shower gelee is wonderful and I’d love to pair it with a lotion after a shower. Wonder why they don’t make it? And it would be nice if the Spa scent came back as a lotion as well. It’s been out of stock for a long time.

I love that there is 128 ounces of my favorite shower gel. Vitabath in the original scent is my favorite. It smells great, gets sudsy and last a long time. The shipping was very fast. They get 5 stars from me!!!

I dont understand why the package wasn't left at the address. It had to be picked up at a UPS store which is a significant distance from the address it was sent to. And would have been closed before the recipient was off work in most cases. I have sent other packages to her address and they were left at her door. It is a secure apartment building and she is on the main floor. No stairs. Most people are not home on a week day during work hours 8 to 5.

I love this bubble bath. It lasts longer than a long bath and smells great. I used to buy it at Ulta but I no longer see it there. One item was left off my order but they quickly shipped it to me.
