May 11,2024I'm a lifelong customer of Vitabath products. It was the product of choice always found in our bathroom for either shower or bath. I have the gallon size in each of our bathrooms-just love the invigorating fragrance and the way your skin feels after each use. I recently started using the hand soap, in particular the Cool Spearmint which immediately became a favorite. I purchased 6 and when I attempted to make another order, sadly, it had been discontinued! So reluctantly I ordered 3 each of coconut and pomegranate hand soaps. So very disappointed in the fragrance as well as the substance of the soap. Its low lathering and after two rubs of your hands, no more lather. Will not purchase again.

The same day order was placed, Carrie-Anne Moreau, the Sales & Marketing Manager, sent a personal email to make sure we didn't accidentally order twice. Besides this type of superb attention to customer service FROM AN ACTUAL PERSON (sorry, A.I. computer's just don't have the same touch) the Vitabath product line continues to maintain consistent quality. We have used the Bath & Shower Gelee for decades and will continue to do so.

May 15,2024Vitabath green is what my family and I have used for decades. No need to use much as it's super concentrated. The fragrance is fresh and clean and it makes my skin so soft. We love Vitabath and expect to use it more decades more to come. Best body wash on the market.
