Dec 19,2024I love your products and have bought for a few years now. Last year I got a shipment that had open bottles and they leaked all over. This year I had the same thing in both boxes. I took pictures of them. The lids were not tightened all the way.

My recent order took longer than usual to arrive, but I didn't need the order urgently. The outer box was damaged, but the inner packaging protected the product. I'm still a satisfied customer.
