Dec 15,2024I’ve been searching the internet trying to find Vitabath Gelee as a gift for my sister. She introduced our family to the bath and shower gel over 35 years ago. She was able to purchase it on the Air Force base where her husband was stationed. About 8-9 years ago I asked her was she still using it and she said no because they were no longer selling it on base. She’s older and don’t do online shopping. I was pondering on what to give her for Christmas and Vitabath popped in my head. There are a lot of companies out there who are selling or offering it but I decided to go to the Vitabath site because I have a lot of respect for this long standing company. I respect Vitabath because I highly respect my sister. I can’t wait to see her face when she opens her gift.

The Spring Green Gelee still blows me away, but what I found on your direct site is there is so much more to enjoy. Plus, I can get BIG bottles, and enjoy the savings that go with that. Dec 11,2024This company has no economically viable method for returning items. The postage to Canada oftentimes exceeds the value of the product. Therefore, if you order something and need to return it for any reason, be aware!

Dec 17,2024On the one hand, I am happy that not only did the item that I ordered arrive but that the company is kind enough to add a few little gift items into the bargain. On the other hand I’m only giving them four stars because, first of all, it took quite a while for them to get the order to me. Yes it’s a holiday season and yes it’s coming from Canada but it still seemed in contradiction to their website where they said the orders are processed the next day. And secondly, I was not pleased that they charged my credit card long before they shipped the item. Again, I’m dealing with Canada and perhaps they like to be extra careful across country lines. But it’s certainly not the way the other shipping companies that I deal with operate. Of course, the product is just right. I’ve been using this ever since I lived in Germany more than 50 years ago and it’s wonderful that I can get it at all. Overall, I am very happy with Vitabath, even though I have expressed a few reservations above. Four stars.
