Jun 21,2024Ordered a number of small items(deodorant), enough to justify the postage 2 of the 8 were the wrong sort Expecting to exchange, I was a little surprised to receive the response they wouldn’t because it’s “against company policy” Imagine Marks or John Lewis sending you the wrong thing and then not replacing it? No. Neither can I They have offered a refund, which is fine other than it pushes up the unit price of each item . We’re only talking a few quid here, but it’s a principle. Fairs fair, comms have been quick and clear Just be aware if they send the wrong item, they won’t exchange
