Be very careful , want your money upfront , mainstream leasing companies don’t , I asked for 2 year deal and ended up with them sending me paperwork for 3 . As he was really busy I didn’t hear from Sanj for 2 1/2 days I shopped elsewhere . Volvo dealer direct who take deposit after car delivered . Going through small claims to get my deposit back . Shop around prices aren’t all as they seem .

First of all, I want to mention the amazing service that was given to me from start to finish. I reached out to Voozo Leasing. I was really impressed by the friendly, efficient and world class service. What impressed me even more is that I requested a senior adviser, and none other then the CEO/Director took control and handled my requests. The level of service I continued to receive was absolutely class. This level of service is what is going to make long lasting, satisfied and recurring customers. This level of service is what will make you a very successful company. I will without a doubt recommend Voozo to everyone I know in need of a car. Poor communication, conflicting advice, most communication over the phone not in writing. Sanjay didn’t hand over to colleague when on leave and off sick leading to lots of delays. The process is completely chaotic. Now they still have my money, it is over a month since I asked for the car to be ordered and I still don’t have a delivery date, even though it is a stock car. Very stressful experience- avoid at all costs.

From start to finish placing an order for my car was so simple and straight forward. Sanjay guided me through the whole process and even contacted me after i took delivery to ensure everything was fine and to answer any questions I had.
