Jan 30,2025Easy to follow and place an order, with excellent support re progress also throughout the experience. Shakes do taste nicer done in a blender, I find the strawberry are best. Maintenance products are filling but are not the nicest taste wise 😆

Nov 17,2024Started the plan 25th June at 18 stone 9 pounds and as of 12th November I’m at 12 stone 8 pounds so a lost 6 stones 1 pound! Went on the plan as was recommended by a friend and love it. I’m on the Total Diet Replacement which is a Keto diet with 3 shakes a day. I tried the the chicken and leek soup but found I prefer the vanilla, strawberry and chocolate shakes. What I love about it is there is no thinking just take the shakes and because it has all the nutrients there is no brain fog or headaches apart from a mild headache in the first week of starting the plan for a day or two. After the first week I had lots of energy, no headaches, no brain fog and other ailments have cleared up as the weeks and months passed. What keeps me motivated is you are losing weight almost every day and the freedom of movement and energy has increased as the weight had dropped off. I send my weight in ever week to Gareth who also encourages me to keep going. Tried many diet over the year and have to say this one was the easiest for me and amazing results so far. Would absolutely recommend it.

The whole journey was easy, well supported and very effective! I lost a total of 6 stone 2 pounds in 17 weeks and now I look and feel great! I have tried all kinds of diets over the past 10 years and have never been successful with them... until now. It's been a life changing experience and I would recommend to anyone that has the will power and desire to make a real change to themselves.

Sep 11,2024I’m a size 12 again!!! Yay!!!😊🎊 I needed to lose weight for a health issue and now that I’ve achieved it, I’m absolutely determined to keep it off! Lovely clothes look fantastic to wear again and all the big clothes that I’ve had to wear for years have all gone to charity now. Great to climb stairs without the effort of doing so, given all the weight I was previously carrying! Finally, my confidence which was nil before, is now back again. I couldn’t be more pleased, so a big thank you to all the team at Waistaway for getting me back on track with my life again X
