Staff at the Cambridge store did not appear to have the training to complete my order and when a refund was required, there was many emails back and forth between myself and the store, with unfortunately little understanding of how this procedure worked.

Sep 21,2024I ordered some navy linen trousers that were on sale. I got onto your help line re sizes. I said I was a 14 and quite often a 12 in trousers. I was advised to get medium as the large would be too big so I ordered medium which turned out to be too small. I took them back to Wallace Cotton in Te Aro but of course I couldn't get a refund as they were on sale so ended up buying some towels which I didn't need.
