Warble Entertainment (particularly Emily) were fantastic throughout the postponement process for our booking of a wedding band. Emily was so understanding, reserved our new date and sent us an updated contract as soon as we confirmed. We also amended our booking as we wanted to pay more for a later finish, this couldn’t have been easier and again both the agency and the band couldn’t have been more amenable. Finally we have had to make the heart breaking decision of moving our wedding, again Jez was available to speak to straight away and within minutes had sorted everything for us. When my daughter`s June 2020 wedding was cancelled it was so easy to rearrange the band for June the following year and, unlike one or two other companies whom I`ve contacted regarding cancelling and rebooking, no increase in price.
