Apr 02,2020We have used The Warble Entertainment Agency to book the band for our Wedding reception. Everything has been so easy by using this company. From the outset Jez has been great, friendly and accommodating. He was happy to call to offer advice and information. He always responded to emails straight away. Booking our band has been so easy, clear and handled efficiently. Booking forms were sent instantly and Jez was accommodating throughout the booking process with some of our personal requests, he was as enthusiastic about these as we were, which was heart warming. I was really impressed with easy to sign contracts, no need to worry about posting anything back. Then, due to current events (Covid 19), we had to make the decision to postpone our original wedding date. I was so worried that some of our bookings may not be available. I contacted Jez, he emailed and called straight away, which put my mind at ease. Luckily the band were still available for our new date and to top it all we haven’t incurred any extra charges! Who could ask for more? Such a brilliant service. I would definitely recommend The Warble Entertainment Agency if you’re looking for a range of excellent performers to choose from with an outstanding and hassle free service. Thanks Jez.

Apr 02,2020Helpful from the start and really listened to what we were looking for in a band. Didn’t mind that we were picky! Then to have to postpone our wedding due to Covid-19 was upsetting and stressful but Jon from Warble entertainment was brilliant. He received our email and straight away got in touch with the band. He kept us informed while waiting to hear back from the band. Everything has now been changed to our new date with ease and new confirmation emailed immediately. Would highly recommend. Mar 27,2020I am so grateful to all who work at Warble Entertainment. My wedding has had to be postponed from May to December (bit of drastic change) due to the COVID-19 virus. This meant endless phone calls, much stress and a fair amount of tears. Warble Entertainment were so incredibly helpful and understanding; after two quick phone calls they were able to move the band that I had booked to my new wedding date at no extra cost. In many ways, they were much more helpful that my venue was! So thank-you. I can’t wait to meet the band at my wedding!

Mar 27,2020We thoroughly recommend Warble Entertainment. They could not have been more helpful from start to finish. Daughter and Son-in-law to be, found Warble after looking at many agencies. The quality of the bands stood out for all of us. Bride and Groom booked their band last August and Matt and Lee made sure the process was seamless. All booked for 6th June 2020. Smooth in every aspect. That date has now been postponed. I spoke to Paige on the day we had to postpone. She honestly could not have been more understanding. She knows her job inside out and fell over backwards to organise the postponement with the minimum of stress to us. She undertook to contact the band and arrange the transfer of date. It was all done very quickly including new paperwork. Thank you Paige especially, but all of you for great service. Looking forward to happier times and going ahead with the wedding in due course. Nothing was too much trouble, they were quick at responding and answered all of my many questions. They were in touch with the band quickly when we had a few requests to start with and the process was so simple with them from start to finish. Would happily use them in the future and highly recommend them.

She was on hand to deal with any questions we had on the build up to the day and was very knowledgable. Apr 17,2020We originally booked 3 acts for our wedding through Warble (Jez), a Harpist, Wedding Band Supercharged and The Showman Circus. From first contact Jez has been wonderful, his knowledge of the acts and the industry is excellent, as are his communication skills. He listened to what we wanted and suggested the banding band off the top of his head - and he couldn't have got it more right! Unfortunately, we have now had to postpone our wedding like many others due to Covid-19, the process is horrible for all of going through it and having to rearrange our dream day. However, Jez couldn't have made the process less painful if he tried. He was so accomdating, organised and communicated with us every step of the way, going above and beyond to secure Supecharged for the new date. Unfortunately our original Harpist was unavailable for the new date, but before I even had time to acknowledge that information Jez had already suggested another Harpist who he had already checked is available and would match the fee of our original booking. I am yet to report on the acts themselves, as our wedding is now going to be 12/12/2020, however I cannot recommend this company highly enough! First class customer service with 5 star communication skills. Special thank you to Jez who has been wonderful throughout this entire process.
