Jan 10,2020We booked a band "Lionhearts" through Warble Entertainment for our wedding at Peckforton Castle. Our Contract stated that the Artist must contact us at least 3 weeks before our wedding, however noone contected us. Worried, we contacted Emily from the Warble Agency few times to chace up the band, however nothing was sorted until 2 days bfor the wedding, when a guy called Elliot finely called us to let us know that everything is good, and that they will be singing our first dance song. The contract stated that the Artist arrival time is 5pm, however on our wedding day our wedding coordinator told us at about 7pm that the band is still not there, which obviously caused a lot of stress. After some time someone finely arrived however it wasn't the singer we booked. Instead of the guy there were a girl singer. They put us on the spot saying that it will be this girl singing or nothing. After so much stress on our wedding day we had no choice but accept it. The girl singer couldn't sing our first dance song by Cold Play, and we just had to dance using recorded song. She didnt engaged with guest, wasn't dressed appropriately, and everyone had a feeling that she just cant be bothered to be there. After 2-3 songs my husband just left the room and many other guest too. Myself I tried to get everyone on stage at least to try to dance a bit but many people didnt like the music. It was supposed to be a highlight of our wedding but it ended up being disaster and big disappointment for us and our guests. Warble entertaimnet state on their website that they are reliable company, however they let us down so much on our special day. On our honeymoon instead of having a rest and enjoy our time, we had to deal with the Warble Agency for many days. Parently the singer wasn't well that day, but then why noone from the agency called us in the morning before the wedding started to let us know about that. Or even later on..We had to panic on our wedding evening when they didnt turn up and had no idea what was happening. Noone contacted us!! Finely they offered us some money back. But it's not about the money. We spent over 35k for our wedding day to be perfect..then the evening part was ruined. We cant bring that day back, or change anything now. Only left with regrets. We wish we never used the Warble Agency to book the 'Lionhearts'. And wouldn't recomend anyone to use them!! Viktoria Nock

In addition, the booking process was extremely smooth thanks to Lee Delany, who was very quick and clear in his response, while going the extra mile to ensure all our needs for the event were met.

I used Warble for a corporate event with over 300 guests and used their magician, caricaturist and band- each of these were amazing and I can't fault the service. I will definitely be using Warble again in the future and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Nov 11,2019I have to say the band were amazing. I had never used them nor had I seen them in action so I was on pins making sure they were going to be good. Well they blew us all away. They were fantastic. The comments we got all night were unbelievable from everybody at my husbands 40th. They were good fun and music choice and songs were fantastic. They absolutely make the night.
