A coach or trainer is someone who can take you from where you are to where you want to be. Throughout this year from January 2023 up until November. Nathan has done exactly that with me. Sometimes with me kicking and screaming! šŸ˜ I had put on weight during the second lockdown from COVID. I wasn’t happy with my shape or the way I looked. I also found generally I was putting on more weight each year, I was aware this could have health implications for me later in life and didn’t want to get diabetes or have aching joints. I viewed being trained by Nathan as a marathon rather than a sprint. So I have given myself a two year goal ending in January 2025. This has been my first year. I have been following Nathan for a number a years and have always been impressed with his willingness to explore new ways of working and his attitude towards continuous improvement within his field. During the course of this year I have been trained by Nathan 3-4 times weekly. Being able to use his app has helped me tremendously as it is easy to track my training activity, progress and nutrition. In the beginning I often felt Nathan was more committed to my fitness goals than I have if I am honest. ā˜ŗļø Benefits of having Nathan as my trainer : 1. I now attend the gym 3-4 times a week whereas before I had stopped going. 2. I am using Nathan’s app to make meal swops from the vast array of meals to choose from. 3. I am releasing weight on a weekly basis and I am becoming healthier in the process as I am more mindful about increasing my nutrient content. 4. I have learnt through Nathan how important 😓 sleep is. SoI ensure on most nights anyway a digital detox before going to bed. So I put my phone and laptop away one hour before bedtime. 5. Cortisone levels (stress) can impact my results so by making sure I am well rested and eat foods that provide energy I am better prepared to handle stress in my daily life, thereby minimizing its impact. I've just started my journey and met Nathan for an initial chat. I was really impressed with how he helped me feel comfortable and at ease, but also excited about the journey ahead. He really listened to what I wanted to get out of the experience and explained what would be involved really clearly. I'm really excited for what lies ahead!

We had Nathan for a presentation with high school students and he was very engaging; he gave tips that were relevant to the pupils, he encouraged in discussions on how to maintain physical health, and he even got us to move and get active in the session! Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Nathan is honestly the best PT around! He really cares about your wellbeing, fitness goals and tailors your plan with detail. He checks in and holds you accountable and encourages you every step of the way and doesn't just leave you to it like other trainers have done in my experience! Nathan is very knowledgeable and his decades of experience shows in the results. Highly reccommended if you want to be transformed mentally and physically!

I've been training with Nathan since the start of 2019 and over the years he's provided excellent support for my fitness goals, adjusting my plan as needed and fixing my form so I'd get maximum benefit from the exercises.

I started with Nathan in Feb 2022 after being in a workout rut thanks to COVID. I was bored with my current routine, work was tough but not in a good way so I needed a new challenge. WARNING: once you have a PT you probably won't want to be without one. We did 6 months together and the journey was brilliant. I was never confident in a gym setting so I wanted to build this as well as build muscle. We trained pretty religiously 4 days per week (sometimes 5 if his calendar allowed) and I learnt so much about fitness and overall wellbeing. Nathan builds in nutrition and does regular check ins on your goals so if you want a 'hi' and 'bye' PT this is not for you. You will only see results if you put the time, consistency and effort in and I certainly saw results. I'd put on muscle weight, felt stronger and much more comfortable in the weights sections. I honestly can't recommend Nathan enough and I fell pregnant near the end of our plan (unknowingly) and I'm pretty sure the reason I've had such a smooth pregnancy is partly down to my physical health. If you've been thinking about a new challenge, go for it.

In 2017, I suffered a severe injury to my knee. The recovery process was complex and emotionally draining. In addition, I struggled with depression as I struggled to regain my strength and mobility. However, one day I had a conversation with a friend named Nathan, who had also broken his leg. Despite his injury, he could play football and even had 18 pins in his leg. His resilience and determination inspired me to work harder on my physical therapy. Thanks to Nathan's encouragement and my perseverance, I was eventually able to run and jump again. Nathan's passion and personal experience made him the perfect source of motivation and support during my recovery journey.

I lost 7% body fat in 3 months with Nathan. Nathan has been a brilliant coach helping me reach my fitness goals. Nathan offers a subscription based personal training service of 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. I’ve never found booking Nathan to be an issue and is always very accommodating when trying to fit in sessions around being in the office and working from home. Nathan has taught me how to use the gym and follow a gym plan safely and correctly. I learned a lot about nutrition and have a left with an excellent framework on making healthy eating a habit. A big thing I didn’t expect to get out of the sessions was changing my mind set and how I can use this to push myself further than I thought possible in the gym, and in other aspects of my professional and personal life. I highly recommend Nathan to anyone who is serious about putting time and energy into improving their physical and mental health.

Eleven months forward…. I signed up with Nathan in January this year. At this point I knew I needed help and support from someone! But what I did not know what I would accomplish with the excellent support of Nathan. It has been an amazing year, not only have I lost a lot of weigh, I have never been as strong as I am today, felt so good in myself and I have so much more energy than before. Nathan has such a great personality and keeps the sessions interesting, he listens and pushes you to challenge yourself in a way I could never have done by myself. I needed help to understand nutrition better. How eating the right food plays a big role in your wellbeing is an understatement! I now know understand and practise that knowledge. I can’t recommend Nathan highly enough!

Nathan has been a great trainer with me for years now and manages to keep things focussed , fresh and friendly all the way …he’s great at listening to what you want to focus on and has a wealth of technical knowledge to impart too.. can’t recommend him highly enough

Nathan is very knowledgeable about what it takes to help you achieve your goals. I have struggled to drop my fat percentage for a good few years. After an initial in-depth consultation, Nathan equipped me with a bespoke plan, so I knew exactly which exercises to complete to challenge my body to drop my fat without compromising my strength and the number of calories (and macronutrients) was required to eat to hit my goals. When I started my plan, I thought Nathan would disappear into the ether (like most online coaches), but no. Nathan was right by my side every step of the way! With the help of a fantastic app, Nathan would encourage me when I marked I had completed my training sessions, provide feedback if I saw veering of my nutrient plan, and he was also available if I had a question. It has been great working with Nathan, and look forward to continue working with him to hit my fitness goals!

Nathan has been outstanding in helping me reach fitness goals. By educating me on nutrition and proper form in the gym, to being super motivational during our sessions, I've reached goals and set new ambitious ones with his help. I'd recommend Nathan to anyone wanting to make an investment in their health.
