May 27,20212 stars for now but I might drop it to 1 in the end. Had the softener and installation pack ordered 10 days ago with a promise of 2 days express delivery. I had the softener delivered as promised but the installation pack (which is a key for getting it in I’d think) is still nowhere to be seen. I was called last week to confirm my address (which was strange as it’s all there on my order confirmation and the label on parcel that got delivered) but nothing since. I then chased a couple of days ago to be told that it must be stuck in transit and they would update me shortly, still no call back. Today when I called them up again I was advised that it’s with DPD somewhere in Germany and when I started tracking it it’s been going around Europe for days. I also noticed that on DPD tracking website my address isn’t correct...! The worse is that W2B behave like this isn’t anything to do with them and it’s my problem... So now I’ll need to ask my plumber who’s booked in for tomorrow to source the fittings required to install it locally, which will come with additional cost... I’m very disappointed with W2B and started to regret I didn’t go with different softener brand...

May 21,2021Experienced trouble with my water softener 18 months after purchase. Initially some delay in getting Water2buy to follow up, but they subsequently honoured their commitments in full and were most helpful. The quality of a company is measured by how they deal with problems when things go wrong, and this company has proved its worth. I would certainly recommend them.

Feb 25,2021Ho acquistato water 500 da circa 20 giorni analizzando tutti i giorni ho visto che avendo impostato reg. Cap. A 1,40 le resine si rigenera ogni 3 giorni ma al secondo giorno mi trovo già a 4 bollini rossi, evidentemente l'acqua è molto dura, vorrei sapere a quanto devo impostare per la rigenerazione ogni 2 giorni grazie

Feb 16,2021the online chat doesn't work, the first delivery got lost. Customer Support works the same way, i have been waiting for 2 weeks to get a picture of the way the softener should look inside to make sure mine was installed correctly....didn't get yet despite many reminders

Jan 14,2021After 19 days, 4 emails, 2 phone calls, and a static tracking number, I'm forced to leave a 1 x star review. Water2buy have failed to deliver both the Water Softener and their promises and I would never recommend this crowd to my worst enemies. If you like the daily anticipation on if you will get some type of honest response, then maybe these guys are for you, otherwise, steer clear. A very disappointing experience.

Dec 16,2020W2B180 bought via E-Bay. Arrived by courier ahead of time indicated by E-Bay. Very good quality product and simple to install. Very clear instructions supported by YouTube video. I had a minor problem with a damaged canopy. The company were easy to contact and resolved the issue without any quibble, sending out a replacement by courier. Overall very impressed.

Dec 11,2020Quick delivery. Easy DIY installation if you have a basic knowledge of plumbing, just a few compression fittings, valves to existing 15mm copper pipe. Need a 15mm hose and jubilee clip for the drain. Water test before was around 1000ppm, now it’s around 50ppm a month later.

Dec 02,2020Great service. Ordered online, it arrived in 2 days, I asked for the Pro Install then decided to DIY so they refunded the charge willingly. Looks neat and works very well! Just to point out that you do seem to need the Install kit whether or not you have Pro Install.

Nov 14,2020I installed my water softer myself, if you’re used to DIY jobs it’s quite easy. The softener works very well, the price was okay and the service from the company has been excellent. I ordered a pair off braided hoses to connect my softener then found I didn’t need them. I contacted the company who told me it was an economical for them to process returned hoses so they would refund me and I could keep the hoses. I would certainly recommend this company, if only all companies provided such good service.

Rosse from Rhino plumbing was great and we’ve noticed a big difference in our water in just three days!

Nov 03,2020I have installed the W2B 500 myself and it was quite easy. With all the video's it should be no problem. I orderd the watersoftener by phone and 5 days later it arrived in Spain. And any question you have, they wil answer very quick. Highly recommended.

Oct 22,2020ho acquisto un anno fa il depuratore watr2buy 110 e dopo un anno ho riscontrato che si riempiva troppo la vasca del sale dopo il lavaggio.... ho mandato email al centro clienti...e non è stato facile perche' il primo operatore non era granchè bravo...ma il secondo dopo varie email e tentativi da fare sul depuratore sotto alla sua guida mi è stato mandato il pezzo nuvo senza dover pagare nulla.... OTTIMA CORDIALITA'
