May 13,2023Brilliant service. Donald came to meet me at reception and fully explained in great detail the tests he was going to perform. Again, in great detail, he explained the results of the test and made recommendations, which included the option of doing nothing and the potential consequences. No hard sell, just a very professional service from a really nice guy.

Fantastic results! Wax all gone, painless, stress free and effective!! I can hear again!!! He also gave me great tips on how to continue looking after my ears. Many thanks Donald! Highly recommend for anyone with ear issues!

Mar 17,2023Donald was recommended to me by a work colleague and I am eternally grateful. From the minute I arrived, I was welcomed and made to feel very at ease. Donald has an amazing way of explaining what was be done and he takes the time to listen and answer all your questions. My ears are absolutely amazing now and he has given some amazing advice about how to manage my tinnitus. The self care and medical profession needs a whole load more Donalds!! If you’re thinking of going to see him, then do not hesitate a moment longer!!! You will not regret it.

Mar 17,2023I had been considering where to go for a hearing check for a while and my decision to choose Waves Hearing was spot on. Donald was very easy to talk to and very professional. He gave me a very thorough examination and talked me through the testing process putting my mind at ease. He has an amazing computer model of the ear and explained exactly what happens to your hearing over time. He knows his stuff and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Donald.

We were pleased to learn that Stewart’s hearing was in very good shape but Donald took the time to explain (and show us) the internal workings of the ear. Highly recommended!

Donald did a fantastic job explaining and showing me what caused my blocked ears and he applied a very gentle treatment. It felt very safe and I’m so happy to be able to properly hear again. Feb 02,2023Appointment was arranged for potential earwax removal and hearing loss assessment. A very thorough examination followed with the process and outcome explained clearly in easily understood terms. The audiologist (Donald) had a reassuring and pleasant manner and I have already recommended him to family and friends. Note that the office building has two entrances, one on Fountainbridge and the other in Lochrin Square (behind Loudens). The reception desk is more obvious from the Lochrin Square entrance, however, and I would suggest using that one.
