May 26,2023I had run dry - totally! Not a drop of kerosine left in the oil tank, which I discovered at 11am with guests arriving to the property at 4pm. Hayley at WCF was wonderful and to my relief and amazement organised me a same day delivery. In fact, 1.5 hours later the driver was there and the tank was filled swiftly and easily. I am forever grateful for this friendly and sympathetic service. I shall definitely be using WCF again. Thank you all for your super sized help today!

Recent third delivery of heating oil went smoothly from online order, free upgrade to premium kerosene with standard kerosene price to Lewis making delivery and giving excellent customer service. Friendly, informative and a very happy Chappy despite the long distance to our delivery point from the road and the wind!! Lisa from the office informing me of delivery time. These comments are based on bad experiences with other oil delivery companies who were happy to abort deliveries and charge a fee.

Feb 01,2023I ordered on the Thursday night after running out of oil. I called them late on the Thursday and the scheduled a delivery for as soon as they could which was Monday. Was pleased as a lot of companies charge extra for a couple of days delivery. I always shop around for oil as the prices can vary quite a lot but this time they were the cheapest. Id use them again.
