I placed my order yesterday morning (Tuesday) and the heating oil was delivered less than 24 hours later. I realise I was lucky in that I must have just caught the logistical planning for the route, but this is amazing service by any standard. Delivered by the most friendly and efficient driver, once again WCF Fuels have gone above and beyond. Staggering service!

Sep 05,2022No nonsense, no fuss, just excellent service. Only hiccup was that the delivery came sooner than I’d calculated, so couldn’t get all of the delivery in the tank, the resultant shortage was refunded immediately without any penalty. Zero issues with any part of the delivery and service.

They have promptly and considerately dealt with any enquiries and issues and provide fuel at a competitive price through fuelfighter. Jul 06,2022I have used WCF fuels for my kerosene for the last 4 years. They are cheaper than the oil buying group in the village. Prices have varied from 24p per litre (summer 2020!) to a mind boggling 103p currently (summer 2022). The ladies who I speak to never mind me trying to decide when to commit (will it go up? Will it go down?) and are always thoroughly friendly and nice. The drivers are great too. I cannot fault this firm and would like to assure them of my loyalty to them.
