Sep 27,2019We have used Web Creator Suite a couple of times for online communities and homework tasks, and on each occasion have found that the platform has yielded excellent insights from our participants. It is competitively priced for each project, and extremely flexible for when projects may be delayed or extended. Paul in the support team is very responsive and able to provide advice and assistance at all times. On the odd occasion a few functions haven't been as intuitive as we might have liked (e.g. around the timeline function) but the team are always developing and are receptive to suggestions for improvement at all times.

Jul 03,2019There are various online community platforms out there, and WCS are up there with the best for various reasons: - their pricing is more competitive than any others I've used - the platform is super intuitive for both researchers and participants - they listen to their clients – if you need something that the platform doesn't currently support, they'll provide a short term solution and incorporate your feedback into their development programme. - Julian and Paul are brilliant support – weather you need help setting up a project, adding participants or downloading data, they're on hand to help whenever you need them. Highly recommended.

May 22,2019Web Creator Suite is incredibly versatile and enables us to conduct a wide range of projects, quickly and effectively. As a qualitative analyst, I really appreciate the ability to fully customize the design of a community, as well as the ability to make changes and adjustments while fielding. The back-end filtering tools are also very useful for analysis. This platform has become enabled us to complete more projects more quickly, without sacrificing the integrity of our insights. I highly recommend it to any team looking to conduct high-quality research!

Apr 08,2019Really happy with the platform so far, the homework tasks have been a breeze compared to other providers we have used in the past - using a personalised link instead of a password has saved a lot of time in dealing with participant queries! It also seems very easy to use from a participant point of view and being able to break each task/discussion down into sections has really helped with getting 100% task completion.

WCS grows from strength and strength with it’s feature set, continual development and beautifully executed interface. There is literally no reason to look at any other platform, this one has set (and is leading) the standard.

Mar 21,2019We have used WCS for the past 3 years on a range of consumer insights projects. Usability (back-end and consumer-facing) is seamless across devices and operating systems. If on the odd occasion you encounter any issues the team are on hand to provide friendly support. The team are always updating and developing new features which improve our experience using the platform. Pricing is fair compared to other platforms and allows flexibility across a range of projects. Highly recommend.

Feb 17,2019Easy to use once you get the hang of it (and Julian was fantastic giving me the guidance I needed) Great end participant interface - very clean and professional looking, and all of the participants had a very easy time inputting. My clients loved the depth of information and the impactful 'instagram-style' look of the boards. Highly recommend!

Feb 15,2019As a busy Research Executive at a Market Research agency, I have to balance my time between various projects continuously, which means its of the utmost importance that any set-up, moderation or planning of community topics go without a hitch. Julian and Paul have both been invaluable in ensuring that every part of the process goes smoothly - nothing is too much of an ask, and if I ever have any queries, I have quick responses on email or phone, even at the weekends sometimes! It's also lovely to chat to real people, and have an open working relationship where you feel like your client understands you and your own needs. Julian and Paul have always managed to build that rapport and understanding. I have worked with WebCreatorSuite for close to 2 years now, and they are continuously improving their platform. I have been lucky enough to work with them on both short-term and longitudinal communities, and their attention to detail, and openness to modify to our specifications, is second to none. Feb 13,2019Once you get the hang of the platform, it's easy to use and allows you to uncover some great insight. However, some stages during set up are not that straightforward, especially to a new user - practice is key. This has never been a problem though, as the team are available to support throughout the project and are always happy to help. WCS are passionate about what they do and will always offer best practice advice during the set up stage. The large number of participants we were engaging with was always going to be a challenge for everyone involved and whilst we did experience some user errors with video uploads, WCS helped us to make sure our users were made aware of the different options available and any minor problems addressed as soon as possible. This is our go to platform for online communities.

The interface is user friendly and clear for both moderator / researcher and respondent Tech support on the rare occasions it has been required has also been second to none. All in all the software perfectly suits our needs and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

He goes above and beyond every single time - and always bends over backwards to ensure that our projects not only run smoothly but run perfectly. Having someone that you can depend on, regardless of what you throw at them, is super important. Our projects typically involve multiple layers of complexity, be it multiple foreign markets, languages, complex tasks or demanding clients. Value added: The quality of the data that we get back from the respondents is always very high, which is testament to how easy it is to use. Clients also love the translation function, meaning that whatever the language the consumers are writing in - all stakeholders can follow conversations. From a commercial perspective, relative to the rest of the market it is also super cost effective. So in summary, easy to use platform, consumers give us great data, clients love that they can follow along regardless of language and we love it because it works well and represents great value for money

Jan 21,2019We have used the platform several times now to exceptional levels of response and insight. I love the flexibility it provides but you do need a few tips from the team as some aspects of the set up are not so intuitive to a qualitative mind. Practice is key and the task preview stage is great in halting any errors but I have found if you get 2-3 projects in close succession it is fine. Any gaps and the lack of intuitive process (or my bad habits) can be frustrating. The flexibility of the pricing suits 95% of our needs and has allowed cost-efficient access to this approach for clients who might typically see this method as too expensive for them.

Dec 11,2019A really simple to use (for moderator/ researcher) online research platform that is intuitive to use. Web Creator Suite enables the moderator to focus on getting the best out of the respondents rather than trying to remember how to interact with a clunky system. Gets my vote every time - and the team at WCS couldn't be more helpful and friendly (and patient!).
