Sep 08,2021Here's my WBAC review for your perusal. It was a spur of the moment decision to get a value from WBAC for my 2018 Audi S3. I adored the car (and now miss it's cheeky turn of speed...) but it was just over 3 years old and I fancied a change. I filled out the simple online form and the send button was still warm when I got the first call from Brin. There was a quick chat about the car and its condition and I had the valuation in not time at all which seemed to be a fair price and any increase I may have seen from another firm wasn't likely to be enough to really warrant shopping around so I accepted the quote. Getting the private plates put back onto retention and getting the log book dealt with was no problem at all and the very next day Lee turned up with the transporter to take my car away. Lee dealt with all the paperwork, managed the finance settlement and the transfer of the remaining money to my account. A really nice, fast and simple process but I do miss my car :( Thanks to Brin and Lee for a nice easy handover.

Sep 07,2021A very professional and quick service. I was quoted the same price over the phone as they paid me when they saw the car. They paid off my finance agreement and transferred the remaining balance straight to my back account. Very happy and would recommend.

Money was in my account within minutes and before they loaded up my car. Even a neighbour came out to take a business card!
