Aug 08,2024I have worked with webware for the last several months. and I have found the experience to be very positive, particularly in comparison to several other web design companies that I have worked with.. I particularly found Nick to be very helpful. I think the one of the more important pieces of criteria was the fact that I was able to get my business prospecitve points to the technical web designers to relate to me as a business person. One of the Biggest challenges that I have encountered in my professional career is web design people. are like artists They understand what they do, but they don't relate to what I do as a business person I didnt find this to be a problem and really a breath of fresh air because they listened !!! And paid attention to what my input was from a business person's standpoint. Don't get me wrong, they challenged me at times and gave me pushback Some of it had merit, and some of it didn't But overall the outcome. I believe. I ended up with a very good website. that sends the right message. It does require some ongoing tweaking. However, that has not been a challenge either. So I would highly recommend webware.

Jul 28,2024Terrible Marketing Company, Communication is terrible, they promise their gonna make you a nice website, a nice marketing plan and its all BS. I spent over $5K with these guys and saw 0 return on investment, and all they did was drain my energy. I even tried talking to support about this and told them i was very unhappy because i had seen not a single result over the course of 6 months. Support did not care and told me if i don't continue to pay they would take my website down. MJ my account manager pretty much brushed this issue off to the side as i also mentioned to her how unhappy i was and never heard back from her after. Do not give this company your money

Jul 23,2024No stars is more accurate. The good reviews are probably written by them. Their sales guy Jesse is as smooth as they come. They've taken $4,000 so far. Haven't done anything at all. They scheduled a meeting but never called. Won't return my phone call or respond to my email. Con artists and snake oil salesmen. Promised to have my website ready within a month and to keep me updated. It's been over a month and they've gone completely silent on me. I'm such a fool to have believed yet another company. This happened to me last year too. PC Mastercard is working to return my payments. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. Hopefully they'll get what they deserve. Abhinav, You set a meeting for yesterday but I never heard from you. Additionally, we are now a month in and I see nothing. Where is the website? I can’t even get an update on it. How long will this take? Several months just to get going? My level of frustration and disappointment is high. As a company you’ve already lost a lot of credibility with me. Not sure I want to continue now. I thought it would take longer than a month before I would start to wonder whether I made the right decision. We can either call it even and you can refund me the money I already spent or you can give me a month free until I see some progress. David.

They address all my questions and updates when it comes to my website with positive feedback and suggestions. The follow up meetings are great b/c they keep me on my toes to make sure they provide the best website quality. I honestly don't know where I would be with my website if it weren't for them.
