Dec 30,2024Overall, The Welly Warehouse shopping experience was positive, from easy ordering through to delivery. The only hiccup I had was having to email them after i’d logged on to my account to see the status of my order, only to find “ ‘dispatched’, ‘Order Complete’ “. I’d not received any notification of dispatch or tracking info and started to panic that they’d gone missing. I needn’t have worried, as I received a very prompt email back telling me that they were on their way and tracking info should be live later that day, which it was. My new welly’s arrived the next day. Can’t fault the customer service.

Dec 30,2024First time using this company. Bought a few pairs of wellies that then needed exchanges due to sizing. Customer service was helpful and really quick to respond when I asked advice on sizing in different brands - although it would have been really helpful have this guidance on the website when purchasing. I did one return and two exchanges in total, all went through ok but my star off was because I had to chase both exchanges and the eventual refund, and these all took longer than I expected to go through. Appreciate this was over the Xmas period, so probably busy, and their sales team did respond to me quickly in all cases. The last return showed as receipted their end on Royal Mail tracking, but they said it had not been received even though receipted. That said, they still pushed the refund through, it just took around 3 weeks to get nearly £200 back so it did cause me a bit of worry. Products received were good quality. Postage was fair, not as quick as some other companies I have bought wellies with, but not bad.
