Dec 20,2024The boots wet too small- although my old pair were size 10 and fitted well . After struggling to get your boots on , I read that you should order one size bigger However it did seem strange that two size 10s could be such a different fit. However returning them was easy and I received a refund within a few days.

Dec 19,2024Unfortunately wellies didn’t fit so had to return. Would’ve like to exchange however all the delivery and return fees made the overall cost more expensive than some other retailers. So cut my losses and went elsewhere. Charge to deliver, charge to return. No free exchange. Would’ve had to pay another delivery for different size.
