Jan 04,2023We used We Snag Any Home to snag our 4 bed home this week. From start to finish the whole service was amazing. Lewis and Amanda were so quick to book us in and come out to see us. Throughout the visit we found Lewis to be very attentive, helpful and friendly. He then produced the report for us within 24hrs of coming out to see us. The report was really structured - clearly explaining the issues and also how to rectify them, as well as showing the photographic evidence too. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much Lewis!

Dec 30,2022Excellent service by Lewis & the team ***** We were served notice unexpectedly and were given only 7 days to get the snagging done and reported which I thought would be impossible (especially at Christmas). I was wrong however - Lewis and Amanda could not have been more accommodating, very kindly moved their schedule around to make space for us. On the day Lewis turned up bang on time, was ultra polite & professional. He spent a surprising amount of time checking everything out in extreme detail which I honestly didn’t expect for the relatively low cost. The service even involved a thermal inspection of radiators etc. I received the full report on the same day & Lewis found 80+ issues, which I would never have spotted myself. The report is very professional and I’ll be handing it to the construction company in the morning. Thanks again Lewis & the team. You’ve been great and I cannot thank you enough for fitting me in at such short notice. Highly recommended!

Mar 20,2023I purchased a new property a few months ago, unfortunately the snagging list was endless and I needed to get a profesional report to show the building company. I called we snag any home and in less than a week Lewis scheduled me in, spent a long time in the house doing a very through inspection. Really good price for the time he spent carrying out the inspection in detail. Very professional and I would highly recommend!
