Jul 01,2023After doing a long research My wife was able to find doctor Furkan Kurdal (West Aesthetics) for our surgery. When we reached out to them, we got in touch with Canan who was very helpful and available 24X7 and was able to answer all of our questions and able to get us a right quote for what we wanted to do. She arranged everything for us in Istanbul from transportation to hotel, hospital stay, medications and appointments. Our host Zeynep was very friendly and provided us with all the needed information before, during and after the surgery. She even went out of her way providing us guide as where to go to eat or shoppe in Istanbul. I did Face and Neck lifting, Blepharoplasty, and Rhinoplasty. My wife did Neck and Face lifting, and Liposuction and we are very satisfied with result. Doctor Furkan Kurdal was extremely professional with artistic eye and magic hands. He had a wonderful team, especially Canan and Zeynep which were sweethearts and were with us each step of the way from day one when we decided to go with them, during the surgery and recovery. We felt very comfortable . Although we were far away from home but they made us feel at home not only for the surgery but also any personal questions regarding Istanbul while we were there. I also would like to mention that Hospital was very clean and the nurses were extremely helpful. The hotel that they provided us was very nice with relaxing vibe and delicious food. Our surgery and healing has gone smoothly to date and we are delighted with the result. We are so grateful to Doctor Furkan Kurdal and his team and recommend them to anyone who is looking for excellent cosmetic surgeon in Istanbul.

Jun 27,2023Researching plastic surgery in Turkey can be overwhelming, and getting in touch with potential providers was even more daunting. After reading reviews and following patients' journeys on social media, West Aesthetic kept emerging as a valuable resource for medical tourism. When I initially reached out to them, I was immediately contacted by a lovely coordinator named Didem. When I reached out to doctors directly, I was met with more questions than answers and felt completely lost. Didem offered key information right off the bat and answered all of my questions succintly and swiftly. She gave me an accurate quote almost within minutes and she seemed to be available around the clock. I wanted my teeth and multpile cosmetic procedures done. Didem helped me vet just the right doctors and efficiently adjusted my price accordingly. Everything was arranged for me in Turkey by WA: appointments, transportation, hotels, medications, etc., and it was all first class accomadations. My host Zeynep, a knowledgable and very friendly recent medical school graduate, met me at the airport and showed me to all of appts. She acted as my liason, advocate, and, when needed, translator. I can not emphasize how important Didem and Zeynep were to my experience; we formed friendhips and I would have been lost and potentially frightened without their guidance and support. My dental and surgical experiences went off without a hitch, and I am beyond thrilled with my results. I also got a chance to see some of the sights in Istanbul, and the ladies escorted me and/or helped me plan that as well. They were always available whenever I needed anything. My first day there they took me out for Turkish breakfast and we explored the Grand Bazaar and other sites. I strongly advise anyone planning medical tourism in Turkey to go through West Aesthetic. I do not know how they turn a profit because when I compared the surgeons' pricelist to what I was charged by WA, there was hardly a difference; and they paid for my hotel and other expenses. I'm assuming they get a cut directly from the doctor. Either way, the price is well worth it and the trip was more than paid for by the reasonably priced procedures compared to what I would have paid in the US. I highly recommend WA. I have referred my friends and family to them and I will use them again if I ever return to Turkey for a medical procedure.

Jun 18,2023After researching for a month about hair transplant clinics in Turkey, I decided to go with West Aesthetics as I was happy with their quote, approach, and assurance. It's been over a week since the surgery and I must say I miss their care and hospitality. Firstly I would like to thank Didem Kocer for arranging the consultation with the doctor Uğur Bayram which gave me the confidence to make a decision. The whole pick-up and drop service from and to the airport, the hotel was really convenient. My trip at Istanbul wouldn't have been for what it is without my carer/translator Zeynep who was with me and made sure I feel comfortable and get all my doubts/questions answered through out my stay, and still does as I write the review. The surgery took about 6 1/2 hours including breaks, and I can't say it's not painful but no pain no gain. Post-surgery everything so far looks promising, I need to wait another 3 months for the intended results. They stay in touch even after the surgery to assist/help you with any concerns you may have. Can't recommend this place enough.

Jun 14,2023I have just returned from West Aesthetics Istanbul,where I got under eye surgery and a Temporal Face lift with Dr Ali Centinkaya and I have to say I am so happy with how the experience went . Dr.Ali is such a lovely man who gave me the best advice on what was good for me, and gave me medication cream away with my for my healing at home. The Clinic made sure I felt safe , the hotel was lovely, modern and the food was great..I really needed it during my 4 days healing. I had 24hr connection to the team and must say a big thank you to Zuhal who took me to my appointments, bought me coffee when I was feeling a bit shaky after my operation and she generally is a lovely person . They were very responsive during the booking process and arranged everything for me neatly starting from the airport pick up throughout my stay. Didem and Zuhal were very professional, kind and helpful. They answered all my questions and assisted me with everything I needed. Dr. Ali Çetinkaya was my plastic surgeon, who is not only the best doctor to wish for but an amazing person too. He gave me a wonderful and most natural result. The hospital where I spent two days was better than a five star hotel. The nurses were attentive and extremely friendly. I travelled alone to Turkey for my surgeries but thanks for all the amazing people throughout my journey I didn’t feel alone for a second. I would absolutely recommend West Aesthetics for everyone.

Jun 06,2023Miracles do happen! I had searched the top-ranked countries for cosmetic surgery and after four years was lucky enough to find West Aesthetics in Istanbul. My months-long conversations with their contact person, Sue, convinced me that this was the place for me. Turkey was also a good location for my upcoming trip to Africa. I came alone, but I was immediately greeted by Sue, and a resident doctor, Zeynep. Zeynep took me see the remarkable plastic/cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Ali Cetinkaya, and we discussed my procedure, a basic facelift and eye surgery. I was so impressed with Dr. Cetinkaya's patience and expertise. We discussed three goals for the surgery and those goals were more than met. I was issued a "Fit to Fly" document within seven days. However, I stayed in the hospital for three days and then two weeks in their recommended hotel. I wanted to be ready for my rigorous African trip. I cannot describe the care I received from the hospital staff (despite the language differences) and the absolute sincere and professional care I got from my two guardian angels, Sue and Zeynep. They ordered room service for me, carry out pizza, coffee/ice cream "dates, and so much more. Frankly, I know I could not have gone through this without their constant care. If I called or texted, they immediately got back to me. Shortly before I was scheduled to leave, the three of us went out to a gorgeous restaurant and had a wonderful dinner as we looked out across the Bosphorus. It was a perfect night. I invited them to come visit me in California whenever they wanted. Regarding my surgical results, I got just what I wanted. A newer fresher look without overly obvious surgical evidence. I thank Dr. Cetinkaya and highly recommend him. To me, his work is much better than the US plastic surgery results I've seen here. Su and Zuhal assisted me throughout the entire process and were quick to respond to any questions I had. They were both very lovely and supportive. My rhinoplasty was basically painless and the hotel was very comfortable. I recommend West Aesthetics to anyone looking to get a procedure in Istanbul.

May 08,2023I didn’t fully know what to expect when I decided to have an ab-etching procedure done last month. It was somewhat of a spontaneous decision to fly 10 hours from the US to Istanbul, but I decided to go through with it mostly because of how knowledgeable, attentive, and caring West Estetik, and in particular, the patient coordinator, Su proved to be. From our very first WhatsApp message, I felt like Su was providing me with honest answers, realistic expectations, and a very fair price. The 5-star hotels and VIP transfers from the airport to everywhere and back were certainly nice, but what I cared most about was getting a safe, successful, and aesthetically-pleasing result, performed by people who had earned my trust. Trust is where Su and West Estetik really won me over. It’s only been three weeks since I had the procedure, but I already have very visible abs for the first time in my life. I was told it would take a few months until the final results appear, but even if the healing stopped today, I’d be overjoyed by the outcome. I can’t wait to get to the beach this summer and I can’t say enough about how well Su, Dr. Safa, and the whole West Estetik team took care of me.

The driver who met me at the airport, the nurse at the hospital, the doctor were very kind. It has been 3 months since the operation and I am very satisfied. I enjoy reading without glasses.

Mar 21,2023AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS! Please don't waste your money. Whatever they say is wrong. The worst experience you will ever get !!!!!!! If there is 0 starts I will give them 0 star 😭😭😭Please please don’t go to. I’m a victim of their inexperienced and unhygienic clinic and staff. They operated on me in a general hospital... She never came to consult or did anything, unqualified staff young girls and guys were running the whole operation. The conditions were so poor that during surgery I realized that I have made a huge mistake which may cost me my life.

I travelled from Edinburgh to Istanbul and everything and I do mean everything was all planed and taken care of by a true jem of a person whose name is sue,sue is a patient coordinator with west asthetics, so impressed with my own experience l can truly say I more than appreciated all the planing that sue did on my behalf to make everything go smoothly which it did,the hotel ,the pickup transport was very comfortable and arrived on time every time and lastly the hospital that I had my prosedure at was Erdem hospital this hospital is immaculate, clean and lovely staff,my surgeon was a Dr Gorkem Atsal there is not enough words to praise this Dr he instilled confidence in me and delivers,all he promised 100% rating for this doctor thank you with all my hart sue,

Jan 30,2023I had mid - face lift/ brow lift done by Dr Gorken and my trip coordinated by Sue. 5 star experience all around. I am 2.5 weeks post - op and results are brilliant. Still in healing process but I am in love with my new features. Dr Gorken is great at what he does, so much so I am already booking in for rhinoplasty with Westastetik. Sue is so lovely, comforting and put my mind at ease when it was needed as I traveled by myself from UK. Much appreciated. Couldn't give this clinic recommendation high enough!

Dec 05,2022My friend and I had bbls on the 26th November with West Aesthetics. This is a procedure that I have been thinking about for over a decade but was very afraid to do due to the risks associated with the surgery. I feel that this company was absolutely fantastic in alleviating my fears and addressing all of our concerns. I felt very safe and confident with them and I am very glad that I waited so long as I feel that I finally did it with the perfect company for me. I intended on having liposuction on my belly, waist, back and arms. Upon my consultation the surgeon was very thorough and he told me that I do not have fat in my arms, firstly I appreciate this as I have heard many other people who have paid for unnecessary procedures. Further to this he examined my body very well and suggested two areas on my thighs that he recommended taking fat from, I explained to the surgeon my concerns and that I do not want my legs to look so much thinner and out of proportion for my new derrière. The doctor assured me that this would result in only a minor difference but would amplify the contortion and ultimately my proportions. Now is the bit everyone really wants to hear - it came out absolutely amazingggggggggggggggg!!! I cannot even put in words! The doctor was so so right and he created such a beautiful shape for me, better than what I could have imagined. I had very limited fat to be removed and hence even less to transfer but with what little I had he used perfectly and put in exactly the perfect places creating an unbelievably beautiful, yet still natural looking, shape. Of course it is still early on and I have a few more weeks of healing but so far I am beyond happy and grateful for my results. The hospital that we stayed in was very safe, secure, and clean. If you’re used to dealing with the NHS then rest assured you will not be disappointed, this is much better than most of the places you’ll be used to going and rather will really appreciate the service you receive. The hospital floors are very small with only a few patients per floor and a lot of staff so there is no fear of being overlooked or not given the assistance you require. Upon coming out of the surgery I was as expected, very drowsy and I had a few personal issues but these were dealt with very quickly and efficiently, there was no issue with the language barrier and I was given everything I asked for and wanted, all of which was followed up personally by our coordinator and she kept in constant contact with us making sure we are happy, understand everything and were receiving everything we needed. She supported us from start to finish. My coordinator was also personally in contact with my family at home during and after the surgery keeping them updated on everything which was an added and appreciated bonus. Despite all the planning and anticipation of this surgery we did have to change our dates a few times, on the last occasion bringing it forward by about a week with very short notice but the whole team worked with us and got us what we wanted and when. We arrived in Istanbul very early in the morning, prior to our arrival we were sent a very clear and step by step video of exactly where to go and how, we followed the steps with ease and we found an assistant and driver waiting for us. We arrived at our hotel seven hours before checkin and of course expected to wait however they had a spare room and checked us in immediately at no extra cost. Every step along the way the company was with us and supported us, as and when anything came up it was dealt with immediately and exactly as we requested and actually even beyond our wants. Every person went above and beyond for us and again I am so so glad that I waited bc I feel it all came together perfectly and I ended up with a company that really met, and actually surpassed my standard and expectations. It is very difficult to make such a life impacting decision but I have to say that I definitely made the right choice in going forward with West Aesthetics. I have already begun recommending them to my friends and family and will certainly continue to do so. I would like to add a huge huge thank you to all the team, especially the surgeon himself but most especially to our coordinator Sue who is an absolutely lovely lady and made this experience so wonderful for us. From arranging water to massages to taking us shopping and getting us home safe. I am truly so grateful and thankful!

Jul 09,2023The experience of the doctors,nurses and hospital were great, unfortunately the transport was awfull, cried for over an hour straight bacuse they left me standing there alone and gave everyone in a group a transfer for more tips... while I stood crying alone in a different country trying not to show I was afraid.
