I was blown away by the amazing service provided by the various departments at Westermans. Also the quick response and delivery of the equipment which was delivered from the UK to Australia in a matter of five days. Everything received was in good condition. The professional way in which the communication was conducted and the additional tips and recommendations on making the product easier to use was provided. Sep 02,2024Bev was able to quickly tell me whether Westermans was interested in our equipment. After confirming their interest, she was able to make an offer and pay half in advance of us shipping to them, and the rest once they received the equipment. They also arranged the shipping, so all we had to do was package the equipment for pick-up. It all went smoothly.
