After the service engineer from Messer told us our machine spares were no longer available and we would have to invest £?000's into new machinery we rang Westermans who had the some parts that would probably fit. If once we'd tried them and they didn't, they would exchange towards a replacement machine to suit our needs at a fraction of the cost of a new one. With us being a small business, this very friendly, approachable team understood our needs and were most helpful. They will certainly be my first choice when I need help again.

Friendly service, well priced machine, exactly as described. Oh, and nice biscuits aswell. Next time we need welding or cutting equipment, we will defiantly be ringing westermans.

Purchased this welder from there web site, welder arrived on a pallet very carefully wrapped, mig set in immaculate condition as per description, having used the welder for a short time we realised that there was a problem with the cooling fan not working. Phoned westermans , straight away there engineer called me back with a solution that fitted in with me, after them send me over night a replacement part , saving us the down time of having to return the unit to them under warranty. Can ask for a better service this good these days. Would recommend there services, and would not hesitate in buying more equipment in the near future

Our rotary welding positioner started playing up when we were really buisy. A quick phonecall to a very helpfully company and we were back up and running with a new replacement in a few days. Servicee recieved couldn't have been any better.

I found Westermans very professional and efficient to deal with. We are a manufacturing company and have a great need for welding machinery to be fit for hi capacity usage, I transported machine's to Westermans and received updated emails from Bev letting me know what needed fixing and when they would be ready for collection. I would highly recommend this company and we will continue to use them in the future.

I have dealt with Westermans on numerous occasions for the purchase of positioning equipment. I have always found the purchased items to be refurbished to a high quality and delivered as per specification. The service and support is also excellent with any issues being resolved without a problem.

Small discrepancy with the welding machine I ordered but westermans were quick to sort it out and overcome any further problems that occurred from this slight delay. Very good service.
