I had purchased a pair of shoes for my husband for Christmas and they turned out to be the wrong size. I telephoned Westwoods and spoke to a member of their staff who was extremely helpful and professional. I returned the shoes for exchange. There was a prepaid label to enable me to do this contained in the original packaging.

I sat back and the right goods in excellent condition and in the correct size arrived on Thursday 04 December 2014. I ordered Nordika ladies slippers as a Christmas present for my wife. I have bought them before. The quality is excellent and I am very happy with them and I know that she loves them. Based on my experience I would recommend Westwoods Footwear to anyone.
