Sep 18,2014Ordered my Marco Tozzi sued boots which I found on line. I already have several pairs. The price was cheaper than other sites. The delivery was very efficient. I shall be useing Westwoods again.. One very happy customer .

Sep 12,2014Not too impressed with Westwoods initally, but i have now ironed out a few problems with the company and i am satisfied that they have done their best.. Lack of Communication was the main problem.

The website is easy and straightforward to navigate, the ordering process was smooth and problem-free, prices were competitive, and the boots arrived quickly. I would definitely consider using Westwoods again.

Aug 28,2014I needed slippers for a fussy friend and found the perfect pair at Westwoods. Being in a hurry I paid for next day delivery and they arrived promptly. Only to find in my rush, I had ordered the wrong size. I telephoned the store and was able to return them and get the right size with no fuss. Really helpful and friendly and turned out local to family too; so I can call again.

Aug 25,2014This is the third pair of these slippers I have had over quite a few years. The previous two pairs having been bought as Christmas presents but as I wear them all the time and had worn out pair number two I decided to treat myself this time.

Aug 20,2014I was looking for a specific make of slippers for my husband - several online stores were out of stock of size 43. Found Westwoods and bingo - right size, right colour. Ordered and paid by CC. Only AFTER the confirmation did I notice that the size had changed to a 41. I went back to the entry page - and re-found the slippers - checked that 43 did not say out of stock - which it didn't and followed the process again as far as possible without paying again. The next morning I rang them - spoke to a pleasant young man who said I must have put the wrong size in. I definitely did NOT put the wrong size in - it is quite difficult to click the wrong button and why would I order slippers which are far too small. He eventually said the 43's were out of stock. clearly their website substitutes or the process after paying, substitutes an alternative size but this is quite pointless, very irritating and time wasting for customer and company. If I hadn't noticed the change of reference number the slippers would have arrived and I would have had to trek to the PO to return. I have been advised that a full refund to my CC has been issued and I have no reason to doubt this. But will I shop here again. Possibly not if I can find them somewhere else. Shame
