Mark came out to give a second opinion on a drainage issue we had for which we had received a very high quote for it to be rectified… He was so helpful and professional, explaining every step of the process and solved the issue on the day for (literally) a fraction of the other quote. Apr 01,2023Mark arrived and quickly sorted my blocked drain, which had overfilled due to a blockage in the main sewer. He even sorted a slow running drain from my bath. Would recommend this company to anyone. You also are charged for the price of £120, which is agreed when you book, and no hidden extras.

Mar 28,2023Mark attended and cleared our blockage. it then re blocked in less than the 100 days. Mark re attended cleared the blockage and then used CCTV equipment to check the drain to find a broken Joint. Kyran came back and installed a patch over the joint for us. Happy with the cleanliness of the work would highly recommended We unblock drains.

Mar 23,2023I used the online booking system which said there was an appointment available within the hour. I booked it and Mark turned up within that time. Mark kept me informed of the issues and although it took longer than initially expected, the job was completed. At the end of the work, I was shown via a camera that the drains were now completely clear. A fantastic service with excellent customer care. Mar 23,2023I called we Un block drains, I was told someone would come out shortly and Kieran called to say what time he would be arriving. Which was within 2 hours of my call. Kieran was Polite and very professional the drain was unblocked quickly, he checked if water was flowing correctly before clearing up. He informed me I would be covered for 100 days if any further issues. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Mar 21,2023Excellent online booking. Kieran phoned when he was on his way as.promised. Quite a complicated blockage on our 400 year old cottages' very piecemeal sewerage system. He worked through it professionally and logically, worked out where the pipes and connectors were with the camera sysem and proceeded to clear the blockage. And no nasty extra cost, just the basic call out fee. Very impressed. And I now know where the pipes run. Would have cost a lot more I'm sure with the "brand leader"! Thank you for the great service.

Mar 17,2023What an amazing service. I had a blocked downstairs toilet. Did the online booking which was soooo easy and convenient. Especially with a baby to look after. It took seconds and then the plumber was here within half an hour. (I know some of that was luck as they were in the area already.) but still. Amazing. The toilet was unblocked and he was on his way within about 25 minutes. Extremely friendly and professional. Careful and clean. Wore boot covers to save my floors. Best service I’ve ever had. Thank you.

Mar 09,2023This is a very reliable and professional company. I booked their visit at 4.30pm on a Tuesday, by 5pm I had a phone call from Shaun to apologise as their engineer was off sick but he promised to have someone with me by 8am the next day. Sure enough Kyran arrived as promised and worked professionally and diligently to clear the blockage in our drain. Something which a very well known competitor had failed to do properly when they visited only a few weeks ago! Kyran explained what he was doing throughout the process and showed us what was going on via the camera device. I would say he went above and beyond what was necessary by even helping to clean down our paving slabs where the blockage had caused the drain to back up. Excellent communication throughout from both Shaun in the office and Kyran the engineer. And a fair and reasonable price for the job too. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Mar 02,2023I had no knowledge of the company when I contacted it. Mark arrived as arranged and I was immediately impressed by his appearance and polite manner. He used an appliance to clear any blockage in the pipe from the toilet but there was none and the flushing was no better. He said the next stage would be to remove the toilet for closer inspection but, as he was uncertain about the plumbing, I followed his suggestion and asked a plumber to do that. Mark returned and saw that the exit from the toilet had very thick scale which he removed. He advised against the extra cost of descaling the soil pipe as it would not necessary. The toilet was replaced and everything now works very well. Mark was an exemplary worker who considered cost implications. He was tidy and left the shower room as clean as he had found it. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
