Feb 21,2023Amazing! Came within 2 hours of calling and unblocked my toilet and shower system and also fixed the leaks. Mark worked extremely hard to find the problem using cameras and had all the knowledge and equipment unlike the emergency company provided by my insurance company who failed to unblock! Wish I had called weunblockdrains.com in the first place and saved myself a great deal stress and hanging around for an emergency service that took two days to come and did not resolve the problem. THANK YOU Mark for not giving up and being so dedicated and efficient.

Feb 20,2023Cannot recommend this company enough. Mark was running late as he had to pick up another colleagues calls however he called ahead of our time slot to let us know. When he arrived he was very professional got on with the job quickly and efficiently, even after having to wait while I found the correct key for the yard toilet. All sorted within the 45 minutes he estimated the job would take. Very friendly, helpful & overall great experience would highly recommend this company and particular employee to anyone who requires their drains unblocking :)

Managed to unblock our drains and found the reason for why it was blocked and even cleaned it away so we don’t have a problem in the future. Very friendly great experience would highly recommend this service! Will be coming back if we ever have a drain issue again.

Then the service itself was great - Mark went over and above to make sure that all our drains, which have historically been problematic and are a bit complicated due to additions to hse and age, were working properly, and advised on a much more cost effective option to mitigate against future problems than previous options others had advised. Feb 24,2023Called out Mark Edwards to unblock my drains and outside man hole he was 100% professional, he was here for a total of 3 hours, it was a big blockage, he did not give up he was very determined and finally managed to unblock it, about 6 weeks later we had to call Mark back because it had reblocked, only a quick 30 minutes this time, he was more then happy to do the job, and of corse it was of no charge thanks to their very pleasant 100 day guarantee. Couldn't recommend the company enough 5 stars!
