Feb 26,2025A cautionary tale! My experience has been a nightmare since having to contact Wheelership. In all fairness, the delivery was prompt and contacting a live representative is fairly easy. The problem comes when the "problems come". A measure of any good company is how they treat their customers and this experience has been horrible! I purchased an OEM factory rim from them for $800+ on January 6th and as of today February 25th that rim is cracked. I started to do research and discovered that this is a notable issue with this company. They will not refund your monies, they will not offer you a viable solution, nor will they make any attempt to rectify the situation. In fact, they will resort to belittling you online and when you call they will tell you that the rim is not defective but you must have done something wrong. The service people are attentive but they won't really help you. Ordering online is easy but a number of their rims crack. So, I say that to say order at your own risk from this company. Honestly, my personal experience was disheartening and I expected a better resolution from customer service but please do your research before purchasing from this company, or run the risk of throwing your money out of the window.
