Customer service is non existant. Didn't include half the order after inquiry via chat. Tried to cancel order 20 minutes after submittal and was told a $175.00 restocking fee would apply even the order didnt ship until 3 days later. Steer clear...
DO NOT ORDER FROM WHEELHERO.COM!! The site and their stock is not updated. I was sent the wrong tires and am currently in a PayPal claim just to return the tires. They refuse to send return information to give me a refund. They have been the worst customer service team I have ever worked with. Zero communcation, except for when they lie and say they are sending you a return label and never do. They will also lie and try to get you to close claims without a refund. SCAM. Edit in response to Wheelhero. They continue to lie.... they sent the WRONG tires. NO ONE "picked them up" STILL AWAITING REFUND.
Ordered a set of wheels December 5, installed them December 12. Installer found one wheel out of round. I emailed immediately, but stopped receiving replies. I called and emailed again many times before getting a return label mid-January. Then the replacement wheel was shipped to the wrong address (in another state!). By the time I got the replacement 2 full months had passed! Had a much better experience ordering for my other car at TireRack.com.

My Order was received in tack, however; I did not receive my wheel lock for the lugs.
When I receive my wheels and went to install them, one of my center caps were broken. I called the company and they ordered me a new center cap. It’s been a few days and I still hadn’t received so I had to call and do a follow up along with the complaint that I had a bad vibration from my tires. They suggested that I go get a rebalance And I had a compensation back of $100. When I took my truck wheels to get rebalance the balance was fine, but the tires are out of round. When I called the company back and advised them what I was told and the tire place did not charge me for a re-balance they told me to go somewhere else and try to get them balanced again which I don’t think should be my responsibility if I purchased something brand new. Going on over 10 days I still have not received my center cap and I still have out around tires that they are not willing to switch out. Love the wheels, but the tires are garbage.
Nice selection of wheels and the best prices I could find. The website says allow 5 days for processing and another 5-7 days for shipping. I received my order in 2 days. (I'm within the same state where their distribution center is located, your results may vary.) Very pleased with the service and the wheels. Definitely recommend!
I ordered a set of wheel at the beginning of January, got updates for about a week and it has been radio silence for past 12 days.
I have called, chatted and texted since Dec 6th (one week) to buy a set a specialty wheels and rims. Crazy that I have to beg them to be my vendor when I am looking to spend upwards to $4K. I wonder about the others that are spending less or already spent and can't get the service they are promised?!
