Dec 19,2024I recently had an EV charger installed by Will-Lec. The standard of the install was excellent - all neat and tidy, cables hidden, exactly how I wanted it. Through no fault of Will-Lec, the EV charger developed a fault a few days after the installation. However, Will-Lec resolved the issue by replacing the charger in a little over 24 hours. Using a decent local company such as Will-Lec for your install, means you get a neat, tidy and professional installation, and problems are resolved quickly and efficiently should they occur. Using a national installer would have undoubtedly meant the quickest and cheapest install (cables run externally etc) and a slow response time to resolve any issues. Support decent local companies who offer a far better service.

Dec 03,2024Hi, I recently had Wil-Lec check over my solar installation, as the system was behaving very strangely after Northern Power Grid changed the incoming power fuse. Wil-Lec arrived on time, checked my solar system, were very professional, very efficient and left my house about 20 minutes later. Whilst they were here, they explained the problem and what they did to correct it. CT leads are now connected in the correct direction. John Knight N.E.Lincolnshire
