Oct 17,2024Had to call a couple of times to remind them they were supposed to come to give me a quote for the work I wanted done. Once that was sorted then actual work was scheduled and completed quickly and totally to my satisfaction. Have used wi-lec before and would use them again without any worries

Oct 10,2024Glad I could book for a particular day and approximate time. I had difficulty understanding the timer functions so would have been useful to have been assisted with it. The timer isn't faulty. It had alot of functions on it and I didn't understand the difference between them after reading instructions. The functions were not explained to me at nor did I expect them to have been. Just thought it would have been helpful. I don't need a new one. Thank you for your competent servicing. You ask for feedback. I'm just being honest. It wasn't a complaint folks. You ve just put me off booking you again.

Oct 02,2024Phone was answered quickly by a very polite and helpful lady. My emergency electrical problem had a engineer at my property within 30 minutes who diagnosed and found a solution fast. Offered advice on next steps. The fee for the call out and fix was incredible value. I will use Wil-Lec for all future electrical projects/problems if this is representative of the level of service they provide.

Sep 07,2024After numerous calls to different numbers in my area for folks coming up as electricians I called, and actually got a prompt call-back, from Wil-Lec. I made several calls and either got no call back or was left feeling in the dark about arranging for a sparky to come and remove my EV charger from the old house. They were available with not too much lead time, came over exactly when arranged and did the job to a super high standard in good time. I was genuinely very impressed and satisfied with the service and end job. The no nonsense straightforward price quoted was what I was charged and there were no surprises. I high highly recommend Wil-Lec for any electrics jobs.

The knowlege and professionalism shown during the initial visit provided us with extensive information, a competitive quote and follow up emails answering my numerous questions were second to none. The team installing the system (although they looked so young- guess that's just showing my age!) were super efficient, polite and went above and beyond to explain what they were doing and took extreme care of my property. I chose Wil-lec to install my solar because of the great reviews and I am delighted to find that all these reviews were well deserved.

Aug 30,2024This company completed a full rewire a couple of years ago and has just completed some additional work to facilitate alterations to create an en-suite and refurb. a shower room. I have no hesitation in recommending them. All my interactions were conducted in a professional manner. Everyone was polite, tidied up at the end of each day and Leon was particularly helpful.

Aug 30,2024Wil-Lec are a very professional organisation, I contacted them due to a problem with a failed Micro inverter on my Solar system! My original installer was no longer in business. Wil-Lec were so helpful and arranged for the work to be carried out within a week by their Solar team! They arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard. I found them to be very knowledgeable and informative! A very happy customer!
