As a follow up to the issue below, Willow contacted me the day this was written, apologized, and made sure the vanity was in transit that day. I ordered a vanity on the premise that it would ship ASAP, that day or the next. Now 4 days later and they’ve done nothing to expedite the process and it hasn’t even been prepared to ship. I canceled another order and spent $1000 more with them so I could complete a project but it looks like now that I could have had the delayed shipment from wayfair faster than their alleged 1-2 days quick shipping. Don’t try to call and speak to someone there in authority, you’ll just get the runaround.
