From beginning to end everything was great, though it would have been much better if the Green Oak cufflinks were a few mm. Larger like the Griffin & others.

This company needs to be very careful with its product descriptions. Purchased items described on their website as being silver. Just ‘silver’ not silver plated. I feel this was very misleading and asked for compensation for the obvious error and inconvenience. Received nothing. I can now add that to be fair the company have now conceded compensation and dealt with the complaint appropriately.

Absolutely love my Cufflinks. Had a few issues with delivery, however the team kept me updated with multiple emails a day until they arrived and it was all sorted very quickly. Great product, even better service.
