Always reliable service. We have used wineware for some years to supply our favourite tasting glasses, almost invariably problem free. On a single occasion when a breakage occurred in transit, this was quickly and effectively rersolved.

We live in Brisbane, Australia and I ordered a Languiole Waiter’s Friend for my husband. The product came well packaged in pristine condition. International shipping was via FedEx and was the quickest international delivery we have experienced yet. Will happily purchase more for international delivery again.

Ordered burgundy glasses, whiskey glasses and a gift set over the weekend. Delivery was on Tuesday, which was impressive. Very pleased, products are excellent. But, despite being superbly packaged, one of the crystal burgundy glasses was broken. I emailed sales to inform on Tuesday evening. I received an email on Wednesday morning confirming they would send a replacement, which arrived on Thursday. Above and beyond every expectation. I will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend.

There genuinely aren't enough words to describe how incredible the customer service is from Wineware. I placed an order for international delivery and thanks to Brexit, COVID and a myriad of other problems that were totally out of the control of Wineware, they worked tirelessly to fix the problems while keeping me constantly updated. I didn't have to contact them once as they were so proactive and saw it as thier own person mission to make sure we got our order! If only every company could be like this. With such a wide and impressive range of products, competative prices and the best customer care i've ever experienced, I would not hesitate in recommending ordering from here. Well done guys and thank you so much for everything.
