Caraf arrived well packaged and protected. I am pleased with the product and will possibly use Wineware again and possibly recommend to friends. Only 4 stars because they sent the request for a trustpilot review before the product arrived, no estimated delivery date and no means of tracking. It took 7 days to arrive from receipt of dispatch notice email. If I order again from wineware at least I know to expect that and just be patient

Excellent service; both my orders were dispatched promptly and arrived within 2 days of placing the order. Well packaged so no possibility of being damaged in transit. All products received were excellent quality. I was very happy with the service and will definitely order from Wineware again.

I ordered items online without any problems. The individual chosen to pack and despatch the items, delivered only part of the order to my home. The invoice did not show the missing items as being "to follow". I therefore telephoned Wineware to inform them of the missing items from my order. These were subsequently delivered with a sincere apology.

Excellent selection of wine glasses and detailed info about each glass. Ideally Christmas present for anyone who enjoys wine and looking for an exception glass to drink from. Easy to order, was kept up to date with delivery progress. Order to arrived on time and well packed. Will be buying from this site again,

Sent two Zalto wine glasses to our son as a gift. They were left with a neighbor, as my son was not home at that time. Since he didn't recognize the name of the person they left the package with, he contacted Fed Ex and got additional information...and my son now has his gift. They responded promptly to inquiries and provided the additional information quickly. We were pleased with the delivery time, as well as the follow-up.

I’ve never used the website, or heard of the company. A simple google search presented a range of suppliers. I chose Wineware as they gave helpful descriptions with a lot of great options and making a purchase was easy to do. The delivery service was excellent, my order came, as stated, within 5 days in a securely packaged box. The only comment is to ask Wineware to explore other sustainable packaging. It is an understandable necessity, but also seems excessive to have a box inside a box, wrapped in plastic, which could leave a high environmental footprint.
