Jan 27,2021Made a Pre-order of a wine accessory. This was picked up by the company and they emailed me to ensure that I had noticed that this item was not in stock and was in fact pre order. When I replied that I had realised this, they said that I would be informed when stock became available. As soon as the item was back in stock, they emailed me and dispatched the item which I received next day. Impressive service...... If only all companies were like this!
