Good range and the best prices I could find online and the delivery was free!!! My only negative would be that you are not told a delivery day?

Would highly recommend winterfield safes. Great value for money, found them to be cheaper than competitors and received delivery of the safe within 2 days

I ordered via the telephone, sales assistant was friendly and helpful. I wanted delivery delayed for about 5 days, she said this was no problem and item arrived on day she promised around mid day. They also use a good courier service. Item was also the cheapest , I spent days checking, I also used the £5.00 off offer which made it cheaper still, plus free delivery, would highly recommend.

A satisfying experience and a good company to deal with. Good price, quality product and prompt delivery. Only reason for a loss of a star is because packaging was slightly damaged resulting in a loss of a couple of minor nuts. Nothing that could not be found in my bits and pieces box to effect a replacement so no real concerns.

I was very impressed by the speed of the delivery after placing the order on line. The product I bought was of the standard I expected and arrived intact. I had a query on the keys supplied which was answered immediately and I cannot fault the service.

Product is great and the delivery company even took account of 8.5mnth pregnant wife when delivering. 5*+ However, purchase made through TopCashBack some months ago and according to that platform Winterfields have yet to ratify. 1* Yes I'd buy here again as it's the product that matters, but I would like to see a little more pace in the rear of house functions.

The young lady rang to let me know that they had received my order but the item I required was out of stock, but they were getting some in soon, and would phone again to confirm the exact delivery date. She did a few days later and asked if it would be possible to make the delivery the following day. I confirmed that it was ok and they made the delivery as discussed. Excellent service.

The price of the item was good. The website said next day delivery but no confirmation Phone call, text or email. Had to contact on an 0845 number as my email was not replied to there needs to be an 01 contact number. The item was damaged after emailing & using Contact Us on website I had to sens another Contact Us email as for a reply to my two previous email before I got a response. The matter was finally resolved with a part refund.
