Kit spent quality time getting to know me and understanding the type of product I was looking for. Once established he was quick to work giving me detailed advice and presenting me with clear options. Sophie as admin support was incredibly efficient from beginning to end. Always ensuring I was communicated to and incredibly quick to act. At no point did I need to chase, I new I was in safe hands. Amy is a great support when looking for life insurance ensuring you and your loved ones are protected when making such a large financial investment. He listened very carefully, explained patiently and fully, then went away and found the best options for us (and we spoke to others, none of whom came close). He never told us what to do, he was always careful about what and how he said it and gave full information where necessary. Anna is proactive, speedy, responsive and just as warm, helpful and kind. What more could you ask for from a company like this? Thank you both! Why only 4 stars? Wasn't impressed by the solicitors he recommended, nor the fact that he pushed them so strongly even though I'd already instructed my own.
