We got in touch with Amy, and from that very moment, we were looked after with utmost professionalism, helpfulness and kindness. Amy and Aliesha took on everything from the get go, completely relieving us of the stress of applying for a mortgage. Amy ensured she explained everything to us. This was especially helpful as we were house buying virgins. We were kept up to date throughout by both Amy and Aliesha. If a phone appointment was made, it was stuck to. Even when we had to move an appointment, we were informed quickly with reasons why, and it was moved to a slot that was ASAP!
