Jan 15,2025Piotr and his colleague came to my property with the view to complete a power flush. It wasn't the most straight forward job as the system had more then one issue. They both worked through the day until mid the evening to ensure might heating was up and running. The peace of mind and reassurance from them made it worth the payment. Thank you both.

Only Wizz Plumbing had a free appointment right away, they came the next day after I called, two hours and the problem was solved. Great job, thank you!

Nov 15,2024Got wizz in because my shower drain was backing up. They promised no fix no fee on the first visit, which would have been nice but they always brought it up to claim moral high ground in all subsequent dealings. After the second visit i didn't hear from them for more than a week, and it turned out Peter was sulking over the non-payment of an invoice he hadn't even sent me! Once he sent it I paid same day. During the second visit they had discovered that one of my manhole entries was covered with pavings. We had these removed and booked a third visit. The engineer turned up and after 5 minutes told me he didn't have the right tools and the office would be in touch about booking another visit. I called Peter the next day and the engineer had apparently falsely told him that he still couldn't access the manhole. I assume he did this because he'd turned up without the right kit and didn't want a telling off from his boss. Peter said he'd get to the bottom of it and call be back. Haven't heard from him since. Wizz strung me along for months. should have gone with another plumber sooner, but wanted to retain someone who was at least familiar with the problem.

Jun 12,2024I had 3 drains blocked, contacted Wizz through Google, spoke to Peter, he was very polite, asked my email address and sent an invoice for the charges, I accepted and Peter arranged for an engineer to be sent to complete the job upon completion I was asked to make the payment. Very professional and well recommended.

I wanted an above-sink water filter fitted, The plumber who came, had no idea how to handle push-fit plastic fittings, and damaged the outside surfaces of plastic tubing by scraping with a knife, Consequently the push-fits leaked. He disappeared, with vague promises about returning, I paid £100 but had to learn how to do the plumbing myself, and got it all working myself, Request to return my money not replied to

Mar 29,2023I needed an urgent plumber to fix our Saniflo, it was late, no other company answered my call. Wizz plumbing answered and asked me when they can come out. They came at 7am and by 7.30 job done and completed. No upfront payments, very very professional and honest. Saved me over £500 on a new Saniflo and they checked everything, made sure I was happy and left to their next job. Eric the engineer also gave us a lot of useful advice and information to stop issues going forward. Now that is what you call FIRST CLASS SERVICE - they are worth every penny! Landlords, if you need good reliable company then WIZZ PLUMBING are the people to call.
