Nov 15,2024I have been on both M-Boost and Herbal Equilibrium for about 5 years now. I also have been on 1mg of Estradiol at the same time. This combination has been a life saver for me. No hot flashes, have tons of energy, and the M-Boost also has helped with belly fat. ( of course along with diet and exercise) Now I’m slowly coming off HRT and so far so good. I have Osteopororis, and since using Better Bones Builder vitamins, I have been able to maintain bone in my spine and improve slightly in my femoral neck.
